"Slow, expensive and inefficient but not a scam"

After purchasing my urgent 48 hour visa online through this company, I saw all the posts on this forum about the company being a scam. I was naturally very concerned, especially when I did not receive it ontime. This was exacerbated by their telephones being unanswered and the chatbot not working.

The team did however keep in contact with me via email and although their "stock" answers were frustrating and they were not able to give me full detail (order numbers etc) on my application so that I could verify the validity of the application/ visa, I was happy to finally receive my Visa albeit later due to public holidays in UAE.

In an effort to make reparations, they did refund the urgent fee and this was in my account within 72 hours.

On searching for alternatives to get my visa I found out that their fees are substantially higher than other sites.

Overall their support and communication needs work but I was happy to receive my Visa. I would however probably not use their platform again.

This fraudulent company took my money sent me some phoney screen shot Visa date and left me without a VISA and having to amend my flight at a further additional cost. On the day that I was supposed to fly Jacky from Jacky Worldwide came to the rescue and I had an Express VISA in an hour whilst still being told by this fraudulent company that my VISA was in process and I need to be patient.

NEVER EVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE .....EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They take your money and string you along and don't even put the application in. They pay for searches and ranking. DO NOT as they will destroy any plans, occasions or dreams you may have without a care !!!!

DO NOT trust this company. it is a SCAM. I needed urgent visa assistance, found them just like you via google. They keep telling that visa application is under review by government but actually they dont even make the application. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY, YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY.

I applied for 48 hours visa on 25 Nov 2024 and until today I haven't received my visa yet. After your payment through website, they will send an email asking for hotel reservation and flight details and will keep you updated always. Requested you to wait as the visa is under processing by the Government. But when it's due, they vanished without a visa. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
