It is weird. The first two times I did my visa with them, it went through. But this time it didn’t. I checked with the local UAE immigration office, and that my application was never submitted. Thus I was able to apply for transit visa instead at the airport.

My embassy was able to help me to get in contact with the immigration UAE at Abu Dhabi airport, and when they checked my tourist visa was never submitted by uaevisa.ae.

Never use online services, i was informed by the UAE authorities they are many scam. Better go to your travel agent offices (that are legit) that can help you get visa for UAE.

Or use the airlines visa services (Emirates and Etihad), they can help. But make sure you enter from the airlines’ website.

I lost quite amount of money because of the scam. Obviously I asked for refund, but they didn’t give it to me and told me to “wait for visa”. Impossible to wait for the visa they promised, cause I got a visa transit at the airport. It will not be possible for me to obtain a visa transit when an existing visa process was on going. So yeah, they are scamming me this time!

Let this be a reminder for you and hope you will not get scammed like I was.

By the way, a super urgent visa does not exist in the immigration of UAE ya... so please have time to get your visa properly at your trusted travel agent.
