A Disappointing Experience with Travelner Travel Agency LLC ‼️ (UAE Evisa Portal Agency)

I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Travelner Travel Agency LLC, also known as UAE Evisa Portal Agency. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this company.

Firstly, they charged me $369 for a visa and an additional $350 as a "holding fee," claiming the latter would be refunded upon my return to England. They were extremely pushy about getting these payments processed quickly, assuring my boyfriend’s visa would be ready in 3 days. And mine will be 5 to 7 days, However, it was upto 20 days, he did not receive anything but after the DEPARTURE date of his flights, they sent to him that his visa was denied. As for my own visa they keep telling me it’s under process but since the flights left us meaning it’s automatically a denial. And we really need compensation for our flights.

They also insisted on us purchasing flight tickets and submitting additional documents, leading me and my boyfriend to lose over £2,500. Despite repeated attempts to follow up via email, they failed to provide a transaction number or any concrete updates. To make matters worse, they informed us that my boyfriend’s visa was rejected but they did not provide the required legal proof or rejection letter, citing excuses about waiting for the government’s response.

We tried to escalate the matter by contacting their London office, where we spoke to an agent named Maya. She asked for my boyfriend's email address but claimed nothing was in their system, which made it clear they hadn’t even submitted the application. She appeared confused and eventually transferred us to a so-called financial specialist named Alex. Shockingly, Alex asked for sensitive bank card details, including the 3-digit security code and expiry date, before abruptly hanging up. After that, all attempts to contact them were ignored.

It is clear to me that this company operates in an untrustworthy and potentially fraudulent manner. Despite being "verified," it seems likely that their positive reviews are fabricated or paid for. Their actions have caused me significant financial losses and stress, and I am now seeking justice for this appalling experience. I will keep you posted there is anything

"Absolutely Terrible Service"

I had an appalling experience with this agency regarding my visa application. After submitting all required documents and expecting a smooth process, I was met with nothing but frustration. I called there number +44 20 8038 3894 and i have proof to show that this number was on the webpage but on their reply to my review they said its not a number of their staff. Another reason to doubt their honesty and transparency. I spoke to a lady named Maya, who was utterly unhelpful. She forwarded me to Alex, a so-called financial specialist, but he hung up on me—not just once, but multiple times!

Their customer service is shocking. They ignored my calls while I desperately sought my transaction number for my application for verification which they never provided. This level of negligence and disrespect is unacceptable. I missed my flight because of their incompetence, and I’m left with significant financial losses.

They said to me that my visa was rejected and when i seeked for a rejection letter the letter never matched my details and i was in doubt showing this letter was forged in their side to me. They could not also share my transaction number every-time i asked for it instead they used to hang up and when i recall they don’t pick up unless i use a different number to call them and as soon as they heard my name and complaint they hanged up again. Please these are untrustworthy.

They are unprofessional, unreliable, and have no regard for their clients.

I had the MOST TERRIBLE experience with this agency. They confirmed with me on Dec 10 that I will receive my eVISA in 3 days for my Dec 21 flight. And then till Dec 21 I still cannot get the visa. They didn’t even inform me till I asked them. It eventually caused me to cancel the whole trip with my family and costed more than 2000 USD penalty from flight and hotel booking. And then they refused to refund me as they said it is still under processing though getting the visa after my travel plan is also a waste and no use.
To get the visa, you need to provide the proof of flight ticket and hotel booking, hence this is impossible for you to plan it in advance.
Lastly they misled you saying if no covid insurance the chance for you to get rejected is high, so I also bought it while later I understood none of my friend was asked to do so from their travel agency.
I realized this is also a company running travel insurance hence they may have intention to mislead you to buy non-necessary insurance for their own profit. Then again with I cannot even go, they also refuse to refund.
The whole experience is terrible and ruin my Xmas vacation with family.

Travelner is behind the uaevisa.ae portal site and they advertise falsely, take your money , then don’t provide any relevant feedback. No regard for your timelines and no regard for the stress the cause . Honestly they are a big big scam and will steal your money . Use reputable sites. They expect people to wait until after the flight has departed To get their visas , promise 2 to 4 days processing but take 14and still fail. Scammers

"Fraudulant company- Does not provide Visas"

Do not use this company, they are scamming people and committing fraud.
They take your money to provide a uae visa in 4 days guaranteed as per their website and then don't deliver at all. Been more than 8 business days and nothing received.Now they do not want to refund me my money despite them not been able to provide the visa's paid for. They also cannot even give you give you proof of them actually applying for the visas despite repeated requests.Support gives you the same messages daily. Be patient and wait whilst the government process and they provide no updates or visa. On the government website you put in your passport details to check and no visa application comes up.You will be left without a visa for your flight. These costs are not cheap and much higher than other agents yet they still cannot provide the services offered. I will be reporting them to the UAE authorities as well as the banks for fraud.
