our long awaited holiday went down the drain due to incorrect visas, we were turned away at the airport and told to go home. when you contact them, they write around. in addition, they overcharge and charge for visas that are not necessary. you want to be sure of getting the right visa - never use them here.

This company is fraud, they made Visa for us wrong, so that we where not able to enter Dubai, no help after - no understanding of we have spend 8000 dollars on this trip without entering Dubai and had to go back to Denmark on a ektra cost on tickets
They made wrong visa and even charged dobbel for a familia visa, that couldent be used.
After several mail to uaevisa they just don`t care, and offers us 30% discount on the next Visa..... are they for real.
Never use this company, they only think about making money and dont care if you have problems.
Now we are standing with no holiday, has lost 8000Dollars, because of a wrong made visa made by uaevisa, the worst thing is that they really dont care, just telling us that it is not there problem and are giving imigrations the blame.
I am really hoping someone in imigrations are reading this, because this is not there mistake, but uaevisa mistake, they are giving Dubai and imigration a bad reputation, when it really is uaevisa that is not doing there job.
PLEASE DON´T USE THIS COMPANY, they dont`t care about you.
