I would like to express my concerns regarding a recent experience I had when attempting to apply for a visa to Sri Lanka through your agency.

When I tried to submit my application, I was directed to a website (ww.srilankaimmigration.org/). At first, the site appeared legitimate, but upon further investigation, I discovered that it is not an official government website. It is instead operated under Ravelner Travel Agency, which raised some red flags for me.

What concerned me even more was the price for the visa, which was nearly three times higher than what I would expect through official channels. Given this, I am worried about the security of my personal data and the potential for fraudulent activity.

If I were in your position, I would seriously reconsider how this is being handled, as it seems like an attempt to deceive and scam people using misleading web addresses.

For the safety of others, I would advise avoiding this company until these concerns are addressed
