I used a service to convert a document and I paid £0.99 and then a week later , you take £49.99 out of my bank that I didn’t authorise? What are you playing at? Let me tell you , I need my hard earned money back you thieving people. I didn’t agree to that… run me my money back.

Maybe it is a good programm if you want to pay for the full version. But I don´t need all the functions the full version offers. I just need a PDF-Viewer, where you can add comments, bookmarks and markings. If you use any of these functions your PDF will be marked with an ugly watermark. What I hate most, is that everybody seems to like this programm and praises how good it is, although the free version is completly useless. THE PRAIS PREVENTS BETTER ALTERNATIVES BEEING FOUND.
