Naenkelemai’s te sturen werd mijn NIET bestaande inschrijving geannuleerd enzou er niets van mijn rekening worden afgehouden.
Benieuwd en een goede les voor andere mogelijke gebruikers.

J'ai comme les autres personnes été prélevée de 49.99 euros ....pendant 6 mois.
Réclamation faite au service client, qui m'a indiqué qu'il me rembourserait sous 10 jours.

Comme les autres j'ai été prélevé de 49.99 pendant 6 mois.
Ils passent sous les radars, ne vous envoie jamais de facture, pas de mail, et les débits continuent.

Una truffa totale. Mi hanno addebitato €50senza nemmeno acquistare un abbonamento. Tutti quelli che gli sono capitati devono denunciarlo.

Prestate attenzione perché sono dei truffatori che prelevano 50€ al mese dal vostro conto senza che voi abbiate attivate alcun abbonamento.
Se ci capita scrivete una mail in cui annullate l'abbonamento e richiedere indietro i vostri soldi.

They charge my credit card 2x from June 2024. the first one was on 13 june with this amount 0,99 euros en on 19th June 49,99. This is a complete misunderstanding . I would like to get a refund

Comme beaucoup beaucoup d autres personnes, j'ai utilisé l'outil pour un usage unique (0,99€) puis me suis fait prélever sans demande de souscription, ni validation, ni envoi de contrat/facture.
J ai demandé l intégralité des montants facturés qui a été refusée à ce jour....je n ai pas la même chance que d autres. Est ce que certaines personnes peuvent m éclairer quant à leurs démarches entreprises et ayant permis le remboursement des prélèvements réalisés à leur insu ?

Mis à jour du 8 juillet 2024 : suite à l envoi de le copie de ce message posté sur Trustpilot, pdfmaster m a informé me rembourser les montants prélevés indûment. Je remercie trustpilot pour le "poids" que vous avez eu.

Ich habe jetzt gesehen das ich ausversehen ein Abonnement abgeschlossen habe. Ich konnte auf meinem Account das Abonnement nicht kündigen zumindest habe ich nichts gefunden ich habe jetzt alle E- Mail Adresse angeschrieben das ich kündigen möchte, ich hoffe das genügt aus?!

Update: Inmiddels na meerdere mails mijn geld terug gekregen. Wel met het verhaal erbij dat het op de site te zien was. En dit is wat absoluut niet waar is. Ze stuurden in de mail een schermafdruk waarop idd stond dat het een abonnement betrof. Ik heb dus nogmaals een zelfde opdracht gedaan zodat ik bij dat betreffende scherm kwam en daar staat absoluut niets over een abonnement. Daar zelf een schermafdruk van gemaakt en terug gestuurd. Tevens gemeld dat er een wettelijke termijn is van 14 dagen waarin je altijd zonder opgave van reden een overeenkomst mag annuleren. Aangezien ik nog binnen de 14 dagen zat had ik daar dus recht op.


ook hier eenmalig gebruikt voor 99 cent en vervolgens 49,99 afgeschreven. wat een oplichters. ik heb hier speciaal naar gekeken en dit op zeker niet voor te voren kunnen vinden. nu bezig met de bank om dit te blokkeren.
