Pdf master m'a prélevé 49.99e par mois et cela depuis un certain temps.
Je demande a pdf master le remboursement de la totalité de la somme que j'ai versé.
J'ai contacté le service client , ils ne veulent pas me rembourser mais le service m'a proposé a la place d'etre client a vie.

So angry about this. I’ve received no emails about this subscription yet been charged £49.99 monthly since the summer - only caught it due to my bank flagging fraud payment. Used the service one time to convert a document in the summer, thinking it was a one off fee that didn’t even end up working.

Mi sono accorta che mi vengono addebitati49.99 euro da tempo sul conto, senza aver fatto un abbonamento a PDF Master, il sito viene reputato infettato da virus e il computer mi blocca quando cerco di entrare e stabilire un contatto per risolvere il problema ed annullare l'abbonamento che non ho mai fatto.
Anch'io ritengo che sia una truffa, mi rivolgero alla banca per bloccare la carta.
