Fuyez pdfmaster, exactement la même chose, je me suis fait prélevé sans aucune facture ni contrat pendant plus de 11 mois depuis janvier 2024 de 49,99 euros par mois. Tout ça après juste une modification de pdf à 0,99 euros. Belle arnaque….j’aimerais évidemment être remboursé de toutes les sommes prélevées ce qui n’est pas le cas pour le moment.

Je n'ai toujours pas reçu de solution de votre part concernant le remboursement des 6 mois restant. Je vous ai envoyé des dizaines de mail a ce sujet et je ne reçois aucune réponse. Pouvez vous revenir vers moi rapidement avec une date concernant mes remboursements ?? Cela fait des mois que cela dure maintenant.

"Complete lack of clarity to subscription signup"

Same as everyone else. it is NOT clear you are signing up, and there ISNT sufficient warning about being automatically subscribed when trialing the service. I received NO EMAILS and no INVOICES for monthly charges that carried on after an initial trial. I did manage to log in and see that I was being charged, and managed to cancel that. If pdfmaster sais they want all charges to be clear then they should take notice off the high percentage of 1 star reviews on trust pilot and improve that process.

I will echo the same thing everyone else has said. I paid $1 for a single pdf file (which didn’t work by the way) and read the information that mentioned nothing about agreeing to pay a subscription fee later on. I specifically read it looking for that because I know it happens all the time. I emailed the company but haven’t heard anything back yet. I also called the number in their site which immediately disconnects when they answer.
And you people have the nerve to respond to these negative comments saying you’re legit and the rest of us are misinformed? What company doesn’t allow phone calls to come through and asks to use WiFi calling instead?

This company is a scam . I used the service paid €1 , cancelled the subscription straight after using it but they took €34.99 from my account with no active subscription so it is a fraudulent transaction

Don’t use this service.
I paid a small fee ($1) for a service, but then charged $71 as subscription fees 7 days later, even though I never agreed to any kind of subscription.

"Scam"

This just happened to me 1.99 2 days ago that went through and one for 49.99 that's been pending for 2 days now! All I did was download what I thought was a one time fee of 1.99 to use it I never agreed to my card being used for a subscription I didn't need or want! I've emailed screenshot of both transactions and am still waiting on them to respond ill just get my bank to get them I'm reporting fraud update, they contacted me and refused refund! I reported them to the BBB and to my bank as fraud

This company profits from suscription traps. I was charged for months after cancelling the subscription within the free trial period. Despite following their procedure for cancellation, and receiving a confirmation email, the subscription continued, as did the charges. After sending multiple emails back and forth to customer service, I was offered only a partial refund. Avoid this company as it appears to be a scam.
