Easy switch over from last provider. Transition while company changed name was done with minimum fuss. The proposed changes to billing caused issues but to be fair, the company have been honest about mistakes and the communication was great.

So I've experienced a few problems in the past, stamped my foot a bit too often maybe. But things are looking up, my statements are transparent and easy to calculate, and on the whole the C,S \staff are
friendly and helpful. My most recent issue was resolved within a few hours, thanks to Musayvah.
Also would wish to thank Lacy Nutt for her advice etc. in the past.
Can't give a 5* just yet, because nobody is perfect.
