Foxglove (formerly Fischer energy) have been great since I joined them in early 2018. No problems as yet; easy to update my account online and quick viewing of statements available. Would highly recommend based on my experience so far!

"Weird reading system"

Every time I give the meter readings I get another advice when I should send in the information. Next to it, I had been promised nearly 2 years ago that I will get the latest SMART meter. Still, nothing so far. Sometimes the people you are talking on the phone are not really helpful or do understand the situation. I keep an eye open to switch soon.

Easy to change. Able to discuss things when required. Reminders of sending readings very timely. Overall a good move.

Been with them over 12 months and pay quarterly over the phone. Cheapest around for me as I don't do direct debits . No issues, not like my previous supplier, one of the big suppliers. Smaller and more helpful.
