"When I've contacted the company staff…"

When I've contacted the company staff have been knowledgeable and polite. Emails have been attended to promptly and the monthly email asking me to read my meter and submit readings has been useful. The statement is easy to access and any payments made are credited immediately. I know exactly where I stand with my energy costs.

Customer service has been a very good experience. On the rare occasions I have rang the staff have been very polite and helpful. I'm happy that I am able to submit my readings monthly and to be able to pay monthly when the amount shows on my account. This company is 200% plus better than my last - big named - energy supplier. So glad I changed supplier 😃😃

"Foxglove (formally Fischer) are constantly improving..."

I had a few issues at the tail end of last year when they decided to do this weird 70/30 switch thing, where you paid more in the winter and less in the summer. Although I understood why they were doing it, for the customers it was very confusing and differing bills each month make it very hard to budget well. Thankfully they have listened to their customers (something not all companies bother to do) and reverted back to paying the same amount per month based on your previous annual consumption, which I think is far more sensible. I also think it's good that they don't allow a refund unless it is above your monthly direct debit as this ensures your account is always in credit, meaning if you use slightly more than anticipated then it's covered and your direct debit can be amended accordingly the following month. Overall a good company that are constantly improving.

"IAccount problems"

I had been having a problem getting into my account for several months and last month i was told it would be sorted out and i would be rung back. It happened ! She was very patient with me, very helpful and has taken a load off my mind. I can now get all the info as to where my account stands. Very many thanks Foxglove.

"My only problem was on line"

My only problem was on line. Entered meter reading did not seem as if they were looked at and it was a problem getting on line as passwords did not seem to work. Otherwise I was quite happy but was offered a better tarrif by someone else.
