Service has been so good that it has generally been unnoticed.
When we had a total failure and a previously installed Smart meter was suspected as the culprit an engineer was with us within 2 hours.
A replacement was fitted regardless of the fact the problem was further back in the system.
However, the shortfall ---- the new smart meter has a different display of usage and the very brief instruction on how to read it leaves me with a lack of confidence that my readings are correct. Plus why do I have to read it if it s smart ??

Because you only pay what you use on your electric. It is fantastic to use this company who looks after there Customers. I also have another Product from this Company the Storage Heating and that is very economical

All has been well other than a hitch concerning monthly payment amounts which was eventually resolved. Also it did take some time to get phone connections in order to report my monthly electricity meter readings but everything now seems satisfactory.
Overall I am well satisfied with Foxglove,s service.

I have been with the former Fischer Energy for 2 years . Yes there were initial problems at the start and a few hiccups midway through but I have to say that my concerns /problems were rapidly sorted out. I have no complaints at all and I would add that I have had a Fischer radiator for over 3 years and find it brilliant

I had a very bumpy start with the accounts department of Foxglove (or Fischer as it was) Energy however, the Customer Service Agents were excellent – very polite and professional and the telephone contact number is free (unlike most companies) Unfortunately, the ‘behind the scenes’ personnel weren’t so helpful and it did take a while to sort my readings/payments out.. The biggest mistake they made was changing the monthly payments to winter/summer prices but that was quickly reversed and I got my over payment back within a few weeks.
My Direct Debit with my previous supplier was about £ 35.00 per month and Foxglove is now £25.25 per month but I am a low user and do have solar panels.
I am happy with the service I have now but due to past problems I cannot yet give them 5 stars.

Foxglove made switching very easy. They answered my initial phone call promptly and it was all plain sailing from there on. I expect to save about £600 a year. I would unhesitatingly recommend Foxglove to anyone considering switching energy supplier.
