Just had a chat with Nadine to clear up billing system using estimated readings. Very helpful and quick. Only been with Foxglove three months and so far very happy. Will be recommending them to family and friends.

"Ended up with Foxglove after they took…"

Ended up with Foxglove after they took over Fischer. Fortunately, it was at a property we moved out of, so we were moving away from them anyway, as the service was awful. Gave them final readings, paid whatever they said we owed, and moved on to a better supplier somewhere elses Figured we'd seen the last of them, until we got contacted 6 months AFTER we left to say the final bill was still outstanding! Turns out, "final bills can take some time to sort out", and they sent it out, but nobody knows where to ("computer doesn't tell me that"). Phone staff are aggressive and argumentative, basically making out that it's all our fault. It's not that I mind paying the bill, but it's a bit rich to be essentially berated over the phone when they can't be bothered to actually send you a bill in an even vaguely timely manner! We'd been having loads of issues with wierd billing, unhelpful staff, etc for a while, so we'd been in the process of moving away anyway, I feel really bad for leaving the next tennants to deal with Foxglove/Fischer!

Either way, avoid like the plague - there are so many decent suppliers out there, don't waste time on people like Foxglove. I would literally pay more not to have them supply our energy!

Rang Foxglove energy this morning and had the pleasure of discussing my account issues with Nazrana.
She has an excellent telephone Manor and was able to sort out all my queries efficiently and accurately without fuss.

Note. Foxglove energy made mistakes when initially setting up my new electricity account, this went unnoticed for many months, after one phone call today all issues were corrected.
So on reflection we all make mistakes and being able to correct them swiftly assured me that this is a good honest company to do business with.

Brilliant customer service by adviser Naz when we were moving home.
We never had any trouble with the company service but I admit that the meter reading could be improved.
We had slight deviations from actual spending but everything was corrected when we called customer service.
