"Awful company"
Awful company, please steer well clear, they have been hounding me for monies I don't owe for over 12 months, (the previous owner of my property was with them), in that time they have changed their name and email addresses 3 times!!!!
I've given up trying to reason with them and have reported them to the energy ombudsman.

"Atrocious company"
Atrocious company. Doorstop sellers told my 90year old previous owner their electricity and electric heaters. Bills over 2000 a year. Now heaters removed still insisting on ridiculous direct debits, won’t fix errors with supply numbers. All sweet talk on the phone but still no resolution. And changing their name won’t help their reputation.

Switched from Scottish Power, like the idea of wind generated electricity, account set-up was fraught with mistakes coming to light when receiving "welcome" emails, but easily sorted with a phonecall. Beware: contact email for Foxglove is missing an "e" should read foxgloveenergy.co.uk. They are aware of this and hopefully will amend shortly.

"Avoid like the plague!"
My father, in his 80s was talked into spending over £4000 on their new storage heaters on the promise of cheaper bills, sadly he went ahead, and even after changing was paying various monthly bills between £96 and £140. After we changed him to a better supplier he received a final bill for over £2000! No I've not made a mistake, TWO THOUSAND pounds, despite paying every month since he swapped in Feb 2018! This is for a small retirement flat, and it's more than we pay for a 3 bed house with 2 teenagers constantly running devices, consoles and TVs! Their excuse on the phone? Oh it was all estimated! Utter shambles and I'm glad we've got him out and onto a decent supplier.

No problem with people I spoke with. Quite knowledgeable and helpful. BUT reviews on internet made me escape quickly. No more Foxglove Energy for me.

Cleap energy isn't good, good energy isn't cheap!
Cleap energy isn't good... good energy isn't cheap! I think this saying is probably a good reflection of my experience. They may be the cheapest in the UK, but the customer service and processes are something to be desired to say the least.
I was paying £60 a month over the year and had a £170 or so balance on the account 1 year on. So they *DOUBLED* my Direct Debit (£120 a month, which would have been on until the next review in the Autumn) without any notice. That math simply doesn't add up at all...
Having contacted them, they explained an email was sent with them doubling my price (I've checked spam etc and nothing). The "customer services advisor" really couldn't comprehend the math (or lack of) and really wasn't empathitic at all.
I've since cleared the balance and the more reasonable fee of £70 a month has been struck, however it has taken a number of HOURS of my time to get this done.
I appreciate energy is energy, but when things 'go wrong' you want a good level of customer service, which these guys don't have. Yes the live chat and phone chat is available - but the level of service when you get through is about as good as a flight with Ryanair to Ibiza... you'll probably end up with an emergency landing somehow!
I genuinely hope they pick up their act.

I had a very good experience dealing with Foxglove.sales person was lovely, very patient while i checked online what tariff i was on with existing company. I do not usually listen to cold callers, but was given time to double check everything, they pay any early penalty charges due and have no penalty charge to move from them. No brainer. Was not pushy at all. I expect to save about £100.

Terrible service. Won't supply bills after numerous requests. Blocked change of supplier request when we moved into our property because of previous owner. NEVER get back to you when they say they would. Going to go to the ombudsman now to try and resolve issues
