My last review has been republished, after having to edit one word.
This is a Bastain PLC company.
For the attention of the Compliance team:
Foxglove Energy Supply Ltd supplied my gas between the 23rd of November to the 14th of January when my 46 day switch away went through. With a lot of persistence, I have the time but I didn't need the hassle.
They offer cheap unit rates but it's the payments that you need to concern yourself with as they will more than double them, as in my case. I was lucky!
They will not cancel a direct debit upon your request. They claim they can't.
Recon it takes 6-8 weeks to have your final bill produced, then at least another 14 days to produce a refund. You can get a final bill produced & your refund returned, in a few hours, like I did, but I cannot tell you on this site as it's not allowed. Didn't I Joella (surname not allowed as this is a 1 star review).
But send out demands for payment promptly.
They are bullies.
Avoid any Bastain PLC group of companies.

WHY? Although a apology was received recently received by Foxglove energy on behalf of OutFoxThe Market & Fischer Energy
AND YES I DID GET THE refund (but it’s a fact the refund of overpayments took 2 months to be refunded)
Previously as a dissatisfied customer
I resorted to previously leaving OFTM,Fischer & Foxglove energy all 1 star ⭐️ reviews (here on Trustpilot) which they understandably didn’t like ☹️
PLEASE NOTE I’m posting the facts
SO EVERYBODY KNOWS HOW FOXGLOVE ENERGY / OUTFOX THE MARKET AND FISCHER ENERGY TREATED ME
Basically left OFTM in Mid Jan
I LEFT after a 39% price rise
PLUS at the time they had a lot of customer service issues (they assure me these are mostly resolved and they are currently delivering a better service)
So Foxglove Energy apologised for confusing me with somebody else they alleged is a “Troll” they refer to me as NIGE ?
After they Apologised
I waited for my previously left reviews on Trustpilot to reappear
(they were hidden as Foxglove/Fischer/OFTM objected to TrustPilot for a few reasons, for which they tell me THEY made a mistake) THEN they assured me having admitted they made the mistake they will tell Trustpilot to allow them in the public domain.
I’ve now reduced the TrustPilot star rating to ONE BECAUSE THEY ONCE AGAIN HAVENT DELIVERED ON PROMISES (there’s a surprise) YES ALTHOUGH I HAVE emails from Foxglove energy apologising and they admitted they’ve made a big mistake, still they accuse me of being a TROLL on TRUSTPILOT by Fischer Energy
Fischer Energy are part of Foxglove Energy /or should that be the other way around ?? (It was/is all very confusing)
I was a customer of OFTM but payments were taken from my bank account by direct debit by Foxglove Energy
the refund came from Fischer Energy
I could log in to see my account on Economy Seven Energy Website
Anyway back to Fischer Energy accusing me of being a “TROLL”
Come on guys that’s not a nice thing to call your customer (ok I’m no longer a customer and never would be again after the way I was treated)
On a positive
the only good thing that’s come out of this whole experience is I’ve founder a cheaper energy supplier who so far have delivered excellent customer service.

I've had the misfortune of having to deal with Ingrida (I won't mention surname to keep this from being flagged) from the Foxglove Energy complaints team. They share staff between various company aliases licensed under Foxglove Energy Supply Limited. It looks like they have switched from using Fischer Energy to Foxglove Energy recently.
I've found Foxglove Energy complaints dept to be incompetent, stubborn and arrogant throughout my experience.
I would not recommend.

So unfavourable reviews cause offence. So does poor service. I think you are going to tell me that I was an outfox-the-market customer, but that's not the name on my bank statement. Good luck with turning this round, because you were once excellent.

this company is linked with Outfoxthemarket - whom i had dealings with, more recently been emailing with FoxGlove emails.
absolute nightmare to deal with, 10 weeks to get a final bill from them - even now its not 100% accurate but im paying slightly more just to end it once and for all!
Avoid at all cost simply isnt worth the hassle.

"Not a trustworthy company"
Foxglove Energy Supply Ltd are the company using the trading name Outfox The Market and, through their parent company Bastian PLC, have sought to threaten people holding negative views of their companies with letters purporting to be of a legal nature.
Instead of fixing their problems they seek to compound them with such malicious communications and they must have known their actions to be falsely represented.
To date, under the trading name of Outfox the Market, this company has re established my direct debit mandate without permission and gone on to say they "had a right to", openly mocked my disability on telephone calls and failed to provide evidence to the Ombudsman but then object to their ruling which further delayed the process. There really is no low to which they will not stoop
My review has been reported by the company claiming "This review contains defamatory and libelous content. The reviewer is advised to cease this activity."
There was NOTHING in the former review that was not factual and that could be backed up with evidence. Threats and abuse of the system don't work and if you really feel this constitutes the acts you claim then by all means take me to court.

I can see indeed that Mr Ken put a note on the account in regards to this. The process usually takes up to 14 working days, but usually it is done within 3-5 working days after the request gets approved by my relevant department. I have requested for this to be send to you as a matter of urgency by my refund department

I do believe I can leave a review about Foxglove Energy because that is where I got my refund from after leaving Outfox the Market and also emails are from 'Foxglove Energy'. They are run by the same people.
I was over £200 in credit and in Dec I sent an email asking for this to be refunded. At this point I had no intention of leaving. However, after they put the DDs up and then reinstated my cancelled DD I felt bullied into leaving. Why? because nobody got in touch, all my emails were ignored and it was at the time, impossible to get in touch via webchat and phone. Then I got an email (from Foxglove) which didn't answer any of my questions it just said. 'We are charging you £25 for cancelling your DD'.
I did leave in the end but it took weeks to get my refund (from Foxglove Energy).
Outfox the Market and Foxglove Energy are run by the same people and if this is deleted by them with some ridiculous excuse I will put it up again so people can see what's happening.
