Good service previously. But you have told me today you are putting up my monthly DD. Rather silly really as we are just about to start much warmer weather and therefore will be using less. I would be grateful for the reason why and a proper sensible explanation.I don't like false reasons as to why you quoted me two months ago a price to get my business and the quickly put up the DD. I don't like it !!!

I am leaving this review on foxglove energy as they sent my final bill to my email I was with economy7 energy this company trades under many names
They increased my prices many times when I was with them they sent constant emails and altered my direct debit on many times
They stated they were the cheapest eco7 tariff I found a cheaper deal elsewhere
They are poor on handling complaints and fail to resolve in my experience
WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM ABSOLUTELY NOT
WHY ONLY ONE STAR BECAUSE I COULD NOT LEAVE NONE

DON’T GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL NEVER GET AWAY FROM THEM. I am trying to switch away from Foxglove Energy but they keep objecting. They take 8 days from taking my direct debit from my bank to it being credited to my account so I went into debt. I phoned and paid off the £22.13 of debt and they assured me they removed the objection to my switch. However when my new supplier tried again the objection was upheld! I am not allowed to speak to a manager or someone who understands the objection system. So stressful - go somewhere else.

How do I supply you with my account number without publishing it on Trustpilot? I’ve already spent ages on the phone to your customer services and not got the answers or reassurance I requested. I was not allowed to speak to a manager or the objections team. It was a brick wall. I have been a good customer - it is so disappointing and upsetting to be treated this way.

Pleasant company with friendly staff who are able to ask any questions immediately. We received some good advice which saved us money - advice which would have been available from other companies but never offered. Have already recommended Foxglove to family member who was also impressed with the service..
