I am astonished that they are still in business.
Somehow, my parents (pensioners, living in a small, energy efficient house) have been paying £140 per month DD for their energy from Foxglove/Fischer/whoever they are currently trading as.
Despite this (which must surely put their account in credit if anything) they are now being pursued for £400+ as apparently their account is in arrears??
Add into this drama that my father has recently had a stroke, and it's my mum receiving the pseudo official looking, vaguely threatening emails.
Needless to say, I'll be helping her to switch provider ASAP.

On Billing, you don't get an itemized there is nothing to show your night charge or day charge or standing. I know they are shown in your tariff you have to work it out yourself.

Do not have anything to do with this company. They are shysters. Went through the complaints process and the Ombudsman found in my favour but they have not implemented what was agreed. To date, the Ombudsman has been back to them on 3 occasions for an explanation as to why they haven't done what they agreed to. Seems my only recourse is to pursue this through the courts. As this started in November/December 2018 my claim will be substantial for the time I have spent on this and the stress they have caused me. Have also reported this to Ofgem.
See the response from Foxglove who persist with their delaying tactics. They have my name and are aware of the complaint and still choose to do nothing whilst trying to seem reasonable.
Further information. Speak to Lucy Whittaker who sent me an email 21/06/19 advising "that one of her colleagues from the Resolutions Team will be in contact shortly to address my concerns in full." A week later and no one has been "in contact." This is the level of service you can expect from Foxglove.
