Stay away from them, they are the most incompetent energy company out there. I've had nothing but trouble from them, They can not do simple calculations ie energy use over one year divided by twelve. expect numerous phone calls to them to try to sort things out.
They also constantly increase your direct debits and their prices (which seems to be every month) at one stage they increased my direct debit so much I would have being paying for a whole year in just 4 months. Even when I left them it took them 3 months to refund the over payment I had made to them, If that was not enough 3 months after I left them they tried to reinstate my direct debit.
They are also expensive, I'm now with another company and saving over £500 per year

I agree with customers who posted a '1 star review.' We know Foxglove increased DD payments by over 100% on Christmas Eve. Despite customers contacting Foxglove to protest, we were told this would go ahead. My account remained over £150 in credit. Foxglove are entitled to retain 1 month's DD credit in customers' accounts so it is impossible to clear the balance. I switched to another supplier in March and was informed by Foxglove it would take 6 weeks to close my account. I contacted Foxglove after 6 weeks and was informed it would take a further 14 working days to raise a final bill. I contacted Foxglove after 14 days to be told it would take up to 10 working days to receive my refund. This process therefore took an unacceptable 10 weeks to resolve. Please do not switch to or remain with this company, which has made a fantastic profit in interest from holding customers money.

Earlier this year told customers their 12 direct debits would be changed to 6 High rate payments during winter, and 6 lower rate payments during summer. In February this was altered as so many people complained, I was given a new monthly payment to be collected from March.
March and April payments were both taken at the Higher rate, nearly twice what it should have been.
I reported this 7th May, received a response requesting a meter reading. The result of this was a recalculated Bill and the offer of a refund of less than a third of the 2 payments they had already taken!
I am still waiting 20 days later for the refund they told me I would have within 14.

Monthly Readings - this is not practical when you use the property as a weekly let. No Other option available.
Promised a discount tariff with purchase of radiators - dont buy these electric guzzling monsters
difficult to find actual tariff price on website cannot fix term tariff - stuck with these until able to resolve their meter reading error when we switched over to them.
