"Crap! Don’t use them"

I was quoted a price that was below the price I was playing with my other supplier. I paid that price for 1 month before my monthly bill went up to just under £100 per month! I live in a 1 bed flat! The customer service person assured me it was an error and I wouldn’t be paying that amount! What happened next was Christmas time I noticed that they had taken nearly £100 out of my account! I was not happy and rang the customer service! I explained that I was not happy as I cannot afford that amount and that was angry that I had been lied to by the person who cold called me a few weeks before! I was laughed at down the phone so I then cancelled my direct debit! I’m now stuck with them until I can find a cheaper supplier. I have not contacted them since.

straight forward to get through to speak to a human makes communication a lot easier for a older person who is not brought up with computers sent details I needed very quickly

Not very happy with foxglove energy as they have charged me on a reading that doesn't actually move. They have just estimated the readings without actually checking my readings and just assuming, which has resulted in a huge bill for three months! This is still not sorted

Mainly good service except the glitch last year with the instalments. Much better now adjusted to equal payments. We also have the heaters which we are very happy about.
