"I have a Feed-In Tarrif (FIT) with Foxglove"

Part 1: I have a Feed-In Tarrif (FIT) solar system for the house that I moved into recently. It is a system that was registered with Foxglove by the previous owner so you would think that a straight transfer would be easy? Foxglove had no problem in setting up my standard and night time electricity supplies and setting up direct debit etc, but when it came to the bit that means they pay me for electricity I produce (FIT) then that's w hen I discovered just how bad the customer service team is. It provides NO service, so its ofgen complaint route for me, then a change of provider.

Part 2: I received a bog standard reply from Foxglove saying that I did not give account details so cannot investigate further. Who in there right mind would put account details on an open platform!!!
Anyway, I phoned them up 5 minutes after the reply and spoke to NUSAYBH. Top lady, got things confirmed (verbally) very polite and knowledgeable and I would hope to get that kind of service in future.
If I get my payment, then I will move to a 4 rating and stay with them as supplier.

"Eventual Customer Service Excellence"

After taking Outfox with me following a house move, I realised I had made a mistake. I was asked for an incorrect final bill amount, an issue which took many, many stressful hours of phone calls, ages getting through, being passed around, unreturned promised phone calls, complete disinterest and even hang ups from incompetent staff! Eventually I worked out the bill myself and emailed it and asked for a small goodwill reduction for my stress, hours taken and trouble...I was promised a call after a review from an independent body, which never came and fully a year after my final bill, I gave up waiting and paid the now amended, correct amount! At my new address and contract with Outfox I couldn't access my account online to submit meter readings so there was a query at my final account and I have to say Outfox Customer Service Agent Naureen Amodo was brilliant...professional, friendly and knowledgeable...she helped me sort out the account online and final bill, which I paid, she responded to my emails and phoned me back when my landline battery was dying...She was just brilliant and a complete reversal of my previous issues with Outfox. I hope all the now Outfox customer service staff are as competent as Naureen.

"My experience with Foxglove"

I have found this company very good.It is easy to send meter readings and their bills are regular and easy to understand.The tariffs are cheaper than most and they always let you know in good time if they are increasing them.

"Avoid using this company"

Avoid using this company, customer service is appalling. I’ve been with this company since August 2018 and they have only just issued me with a bill, even though I have provided meter readings. Twice they have emailed me to say my direct debit has been cancelled in error. They reduced my direct debit and now they want an extra £130 per month to clear the debt that has accrued through their failure to bill me correctly. I’ve asked for details of their complaints procedure via email and verbally and no one is forthcoming therefore I have had no option to go to Ofgem and start a formal process of complaint. As soon as this matter is resolved I will be switching supplier.

"I stayed with Fischer/Foxglove as long…"

I stayed with Fischer/Foxglove as long as I could as I very much approved of their green credentials. However, their computer programme (or the programmer) caused so much distress and distrust that I finally moved away.

However, I would like to say thank you to the Customer Service adviser, Danni O'Neill, who was a breath of fresh air in my final dealings with the company - polite and efficient. Well done.
