very smooth switch to new supplier. Too early to quote actual savings but of course that was reason for switch ! final readings submitted several weeks ago but awaiting cheque for overpayment of direct debits - hopefully sooner rather than later !

To date everything has gone more or less swimmingly. My only concerns were:
1. The imposed change to 2 amounts of DD a few months ago ... but our grumbles were listened to, which was good;
2. The amount of time it took to reimburse me. I had amassed a large amount of credit and wanted some returned. It was returned eventually, with an apology for the delay.
I would like to have been given some info as to why Fischer morphed into Foxglove, to allay any worries that things were going wrong.

After one or two teething problems which were soon rectified, we have been satisfied with the service over the past two years. The access to account and submitting of meter readings is easy to navigate.
Not sure if we will stay, as it will depend on new estimated payments due to be reviewed and a comparison with other providers.
A recent "chat" with FARHA was very useful and explanations were clear.
