"Excellent Customer Service!"
I ordered some Ecostrad electric radiators for our village hall through a local electrical supplier. A short time after they were fitted, one developed a display fault and it became difficult to programme.
As the supplier had closed down their business, I had to go straight through to Ecostrad.
The Ecostrad Sales team have been nothing short of excellent in their response.
When I telephoned, I spoke immediately to a real person, unusual these days, who was very helpful and all subsequent email exchanges were promptly and politely dealt with.
Once I had submitted the required photos, they arranged a next day delivery of a new radiator; the new radiator was changed and the original one boxed up and once again a next-day collection took place.
Excellent service which I can’t fault!
Thank-you Ecostrad.
I should also add that the radiators are working well and are warming the community toilet areas very nicely!

"Ecostrad IQ Ceramic"
Ecostrad IQ Ceramic. These radiators are absolutely awful. I have had 4 out of 5 replaced due to how noisey they are. I can’t fault the supplier for swapping but now 3 of the 4 replaced are way too noisey. It’s actually embarrassing when people come over. I have spent a small fortune on these for the whole house and stuck with listening to tubular bells every day it’s cold. Avoid before you are kept awake

"Electronic faults require many radiators to be scrapped"
Having purchased 10 x Ecostrad IQ Ceramic Core Radiators, spending over £3K, just over 3 years ago, we've had 3 radiators break in the space of 4 months. Another one had broken previously too but this was replaced under warranty. Although the warranty is advertised as 10 years, on the front of the data sheets, it notes 2 years for electronics on the smaller print, which is what all the faults are. Having called Electric Radiators Direct so see whether these could possibly be repaired, you're politely informed that there's nothing to be done. I expect the others to gradually fail soon now too. If the electronics are the main cause for faults, which seems to be the case from many online forums, then it's the 2 year warranty that should be prominent on the data sheets. The 10 year warranty is misleading and shouldn't be allowed. Do not purchase these radiators, you'll regret it!

"App lets the radiators down"
The app often freezes and can’t be used. Radiators disappear from my account. Settings we apply seem to change without us knowing. Shame because the radiators work well but are literally out of our control!

"The main heat comes out of the rear"
The main heat comes out of the rear. Useless. Removed and resold.

"Not good enough"
Just pretty consistently rubbish!
I was able to estimate the size of radiator I needed ordered accordingly, but the radiators just never reach the required temperature when it’s cold outside but are also quite inefficient in terms of energy - worst of both worlds!
Added to that, the app is now not working properly so the one advantage (controlling temperature remotely) has become a real struggle.
Wish I’d never used these guys.

"The problem I have is the app keeps…"
The problem I have is the app keeps locking up and is not responsive so I can't use my phone to control the heaters. I am unable to find on line anyone who can assist. Waste of time as this was really why I bought them!

"Ceramic IQ electric radiator - Not worth it!"
Ceramic IQ electric radiator purchased based on claims of efficiency and reliability. The device barely gives off enough heat and I have seen no change in electricity bills - if anything, they seem to have gone up. I am glad I did not purchase the full set and only one to test out. Do not believe the marketing hype - I can only summise all their reviews on the website are not totally genuine. WIFI fuctionality works well however.

"I purchased two ecostrad iq ceramic…"
I purchased two ecostrad iq ceramic radiators but from day one of the purchase in may 2024 the Radiators started malfunction. I have been unable to put any sense in to the technical guy's head. The company Gohome didn't seems to care about customers right. I managed to get replacement for one of the heater after it went completely faulty and displayed err2, indicating serious electrical faults Furthermore even the replacement heater is faulty, but the guy seems to unable to comprehend the seriousness of the heaters catching fire. Today I wrote to them again and waiting for reply. I Paid £360 for each. It's not worth a dime.
