"My Most Favorite Bra Ever!"

I have worn the Shapeez bras for over 6 years now and still am amazed at how comfortable they are as well as the support they give to me. I love the ‘no lines’ on my back and how smooth it makes my outfits look every day. When I had a sizing issue one time because I changed styles, I was amazed at how quick and responsive their return team was.

I know I’m only going to purchase these bras from now on—I did do an impulse purchase for a new different brand bra and after the first day of wear, I couldn’t get over how uncomfortable it was and couldn’t wait to get it off of me when I got home from work. I never feel that way wearing my Shapeez!!

"Buyer Beware"

Buyer Beware! My partner was a loyal Shapeez customer and initially a fan of the Silkee bra. When a person buys a bra and is promised comfort all day, what else could one reasonably expect? Well, one could reasonably expect a bra, like the Silkee, that is consistently manufactured and where every single bra provides the promised comfort. Unfortunately, what you can expect from Shapeez is a gamble depending on the bra size you choose. Some Silkee sizes are manufactured as per description and photos on the Shapeez website with flexible comfortable straps. Others are not! Some Silkee sizes have rigid shoulder straps that 'dig in' and cause significant shoulder pain and discomfort. Customer focused, caring, responsible companies value customers. They describe their products accurately online, and provide accurate photos of their products. Not so Shapeez!! Shapeez swap advertised flexible comfortable shoulder straps for certain sizes with rigid painful shoulder straps for other sizes but fail to tell their customers when purchasing. My partner bought four Silkee bras of slightly different sizes (Medium DDD and Medium E). She reasonably expected the Silkee bras to be of the same quality and comfort. She recently experienced significant shoulder pain after wearing one of her new bras. Thinking a simple shoulder strap adjustment was needed to mitigate the discomfort, she realised on closer examination that two Silkee bras had rigid straps and two had flexible straps. The rigid straps were the cause of her pain and discomfort. On communicating several times with Shapeez, and to our surprise, there was no acknowledgment by them, of the pain and discomfort experienced by my partner due to the different shoulder straps. Furthermore, the CEO refused to exchange the unused bra. Why? The difference in the shoulder straps was only discovered by my partner outside the 30 day Shapeez exchange rule! Shapeez don't care about customer pain caused by their different manufacturing design, nor the significant cost of their products, nor did they welcome or acknowledge my partner's feedback. It's all about money and a 30 day rule at the "rigid" Shapeez bra company. They take your money and if you fail to notice their change in product material within their rigid 30 day rule, it's your loss. Buy an expensive bra from Shapeez but it's a gamble what quality of bra you get!!!

"Currently having a terrible experience…"

Currently having a terrible experience with receiving products. My first order was 2 items with no problem delivery straight to my door. My 2nd order with Shapeez being larger of 7 items including payment of over $75USD for Taxes as advised in order . Few weeks later I am now being advised by Shapeez I have to pay more taxes upon arrival in Australia. My order when I chased it up with Shapeez, I was advised it was returned from Australia because I have to pay more taxes? I’m still in the process in trying to sort out with Shapeez what my taxes already paid in my order were actually for? This question is not yet answered. I still do not have my products and continue to be told I have to pay further taxes upon arrival into Australia. Which I believe is about the same amount of which I have already paid with my order. Why is there an option for Australians to order without the advice of further taxes to paid upon arrival and what the taxes paid with order are for ? I did not experience any of this with my first order. I was not prepared for any extra costs ? The 2 x items I have so far is great which is why I ordered more . I wear it everyday and love it and would like to continue being an ongoing customer.

"I bought the bra/camisole and only wore…"

I bought the bra/camisole and only wore it a few times. I washed it in the sink and after less than 6 months the underwire came out. These are expensive and I was not impressed! Customer service was not helpful. Too much $$ for a faulty product.

"They are expensive and fall apart…"

They are expensive and fall apart pretty quickly around the strap area. I bought two, both did the same thing

"Loving Shapeez …"

I discovered Shapeez a few years ago and have been loving the Shapeez line ever since! I am a professional women in my 40’s and I enjoy the versatility of being able to transition from work to evening/cocktail attire while looking slim and feeling comfortable in my shape wear. I also have recently discovered their bamboo PJ line that is amazing! The feel of the fabric is similar to cashmere and I can wear them around the house or even running errands as they double as lounge wear.

"Simply the comfiest!"

In love with my Comfeez bralettes! I own two and two is not enough because I wear them nearly every day. I've actually fallen asleep with it still on because it's so comfortable I forget it's there!

Speaking of comfy, don't pass up the pajamas...seriously. I own a short set and a pair of lounge pants. They are made with the most buttery soft material. I have thicker thighs and haven't had any issues with the material pilling. Not to mention how cute the fit is!

"I absolutely love my Tankee Short by…"

I absolutely love my Tankee Short by Shapeez! A friend of mine recommended Shapeez to me after i repeatedly complained about the way ALL of my bra's made me have this extra pudge on my back. I was amazed at how smooth it made me look! I am a customer for LIFE! I highly recommend their products!

"I know what the hype is about!"

My Silkee Shorts and Tankee Shorts are the best! I am a DDD cup and I have not worn another bra since I found these in 2014. EVER... I recently purchased the PJ line, short and long, and they are all I wear when I get home from work. Sooo soft! Only Pjs I can wear with these darn hot flashes all night! Plus they are made from bamboo so I have to respect Shapeez for being Eco friendly. Worth every dime.

"Not worth the hype or the $$$"

Not worth the hype or the $79.95. Without clasps there just isn’t enough support for large breasts as the material that goes around your back is too stretchy. However, I am writing this review because after my purchase, CEO Staci Berner sent me an email asking me to review the product. I wrote an honest 2 star review and Shapeez did not post it. They clearly only post 5 star reviews with a few scant 4 stars thrown in for good measure. Sad, and illegal, to only post positive reviews. I have already filed a complaint with FTC fraud commission.

*EDIT check your email. Nothing wrong with the “fit” reread my comment. You also deleted a post after I sent you my review bc it was a later date and you tried to hide the fact that you are filtering reviews. I have the screenshots and all has been reported. So sad & deceitful.

*EDIT My review was neither hurtful nor mean spirited. I did not have a customer service issue and did not ask for a refund. Please post my very honest review instead of only showing positive reviews and let the consumer decide. My actual review was this: “Great idea but sadly, doesn’t live up to the hype. Unfortunately, due to the construction of the band, there just isn’t enough support for large breasts. The material is too stretchy and has too much give for someone with large heavy breasts. Without the hook and clasps you lose the support yet gain the extra coverage. I also think the tankee short goes up way too high on the back - it feels like a shirt. I have the correct size as I checked & double checked and even sent the original size L back for a M. (Definitely size down one size in the band if you are hoping for any support). Would not purchase again.”

I was also generous with 2 stars. Asking women to spend nearly $100 for a bra and not allowing honest reviews to be posted is precisely NOT supporting other women from being ripped off. You should be ashamed. You are literally making millions off of women and lying and hiding honest, negative reviews.
