"When I Google bra for back fat support"

When I Google bra for back fat support, this came up. I would love to try this bra but these reviews are concerning as well as the responses. Too expensive to experiment on online. Is there a store in Miami?

"Inferior product"

I bought a Shapeez Tankee some time in the past and truly loved it! Worn it almost exclusively for months. I recently purchased 2 more. However, one of them the metal stays poked thru after the 2nd wear. The other, the back that should have been a polyester fabric instead 'pilled' like it had been rubbed with sandpaper after only a few wears (and I had only worn t-shirts). Sent them both back. Very disappointed, Thought I had FINALLY found a product I could get behind - even with the $80 cost. Will continue to wear the one I have. Maybe the company will go back to making a quality product and I will try them again at some point.

"I purchased this shorter bra almost 2…"

I purchased this shorter bra almost 2 months ago and it rides up in the back, horrible product. That same week I sent the bra back in the exact same box that I had received it including all packaging. I just wanted my money back. They call me a month later and said they cannot give me a refund because it didn’t arrive in time. Which is ridiculous considering I paid extra to have it mailed back. All they were going to do was give me an exchange. This is absolutely disgusting especially during hard times. What terrible business practices, they should be ashamed of ripping people off. I’ve never had an item that I’ve purchased that I could not return and receive my money back. What happened to the customer is always right. Then on top of it all they tried to blame me for their horrible product. I think I might just get some legal advice on this situation. It’s about principle!!!! What a horrible company, do not waste your money.

"Super Disappointed!!"

I was so excited to finally see a bra was on the market that appeared to cover back fat! I happily paid $80.00 dollars plus and was so excited the day the product came in. After trying the bra on, I was sooo disappointed with this product. The back was perfect however the material under the wire should be a thicker spandex type material to balance out the coverage in the back. The piece of material under the wire immediately rolled up and was very think nylon type. Not a good design at all. I called the company to prepare to send the bra back for a refund and the lady on the phone asked me why I wanted to return it. When I tried to tell her my opinion, she was not accepting of it at all. She told me everything but what she should have told me!! ..... and that is she was sorry I wasn't happy with the product and moved on with my return. She continued to not accept my complaint and I finally had to say this was my opinion. She gave me a return number and proceeded to shock me by telling me I had to pay for the return. I thought...okay....now is a hard time for everyone (Covid) so I will do that. Here is the shocker....they make you return it in a box, no envelope! Didn't I receive it in a envelope? I don't recall but I sure think so. So to return a bra IN A BOX that is NOT what they advertise, it cost me $9.50. Wow! So now I have paid shipping both ways as they are not returning the shipping $$ to me from my original purchase. I will let you all know how long before I see my return money hit my account. Companies who sell premium products (supposedly) have superior customer service; usually. This company does not. Order at risk!!

Believe the reviews. This company is trash. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking peoples money and selling their low quality product at such a high price. I should have read these reviews before I made my purchase, it would have saved me a pretty penny. I had the exact same experience with fit issues and of course they gave me their classic response blaming the issues all on the customer and not measuring correctly. They say their fit guide is 100% accurate but how can it be when it has misguided so many customers. Any good company worth its salt would take a look back at their product after so many bad reviews about the same issue. Don't bother sending me whatever lame excuse you can come up with defending your week product, I'm not interested, I don't want to talk to a sizing expert, or whatever. I'm done with this ridiculous company, and I just want to save other people from waisting their time and money.

I’ve been a shapeez customer for 10+ years. Just ordered 2 new bras, fit fine when I tried them on, something has changed because my boobs fall under the wire a couple of hours into wearing them, wasted $200. I won’t be ordering again.

"The Silkee Short Rides up in Back"

I bought the Shapeez Silkee Short. The bra rides up A LOT in back. I was so disappointed! They need to add something to the bottom that makes it stick and stay down on your back.

I’ve been told I must have measured wrong. Nope, sorry. I measured exactly as instructed.

"I've worn the Ultimate and Tankee for…"

I've worn the Ultimate and Tankee for years without issue in size medium-c. I recently ordered two new tankees and though my old tankee fits like a dream I couldn't get in the new tankees. I paid to send them back and reordered large-c and a note to check if their size changed. They called and assured me the size didn't change and also told me I needed a large-B not a large-C. I reminded them that the cups felt too small and was assured the cups would be wider on the large. When I received the large-b it went on easy but the cups felt tight so I figured it was because they were new. After a few weeks I did a mirror compare and the new cups are different than my old cups. When I showed those photos to customer service they said they do their best to fit us. Their sizing is hard to understand as it is (a large-B cup is the same size as a medium-C cup). They also have styles that run a size larger or size smaller. Yet we have to pay for returns when they don't fit, or worse as in my case, get stuck with two expensive bras that I can't wear. You could not make finding our size any more difficult Shapeez.

"I should have known better than to buy…"

I should have known better than to buy into the hype of this useless $79 bra. They stretch out so bad by the end of the day, there is NO support. And I only wore it twice. Cheap product for a big price. Don't waste your money. Mine went in the garbage.

"Beyond disappointing and a huge waste of money!"

I purchased 3 bras after reading the great reviews on the Shapeez website. I followed the directions with the assistance of a friend to accurately measure my chest. The directions stated to wear your best bra and then take the measurements. I adhered to the directions. I tried the bras on and they seemed to fit. After wearing them they seemed to stretch and were uncomfortable and my breast feel below the wire. I emailed the owner who told me to wash the bras for a better fit. I washed the bras with the same negative outcome...the bras are too big! I contacted the owner and asked to exchange them. She informed me that because I washed them I could not exchange them...so I have spent $300.00 on bras I cannot wear. What a waste of money.
