"This bra is fine"

This bra is fine, I actually bought 2 at the same time because of the rave reviews I got from a co-worker. My dissappointment isn't so much with the bra itself but in the customer service. I wore the black bra twice and the wire poked out. Not a big deal, I accept some products are faulty. I contacted Shapeez and they told me to return it. I then received an email saying they had it professionally repaired and it was being returned. Um no. I can use a needle and thread, I could have repaired it. If you sell a defective product you don't repair it, you replace it. I emailed the company and got no reply. Won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.

"Don’t waste your money"

Don’t waste your money. This is an i’ll fitting bra that is not worth the cost. The measurement directions are inadequate. Customer service advised me to measure topless and bra less to my cleavage. If I were to do that, I’d be wearing a training bra. I have no cleavage without a bra. Very disappointed with this product—I shouldn’t have believed the hype.

I bought a Shapeeze tankee long bra in September, it is now November and I honestly hate it. When was sized and fitted in store it did fit but after a while of wearing it my breasts slip under the underwire and I am constantly adjusting myself. I will never buy another bra like this. Its just a gimmick

"Think carefully when purchasing outside the U.S. and Canada"

Purchased their very expensive tankee short bras on several occasions, as ordering online from the UK can only afford to buy when they have a discount. The tankee short style/size is not available from amazon.co.uk or any other UK website, and the shipping costs are equally expensive.
The downside is if you have a defective bra, the factory no longer repairs them, and you are advised to fix them with fabric, stitching and super glue. For the price of these bras, I would expect repairs or replacements.
If they are of a good quality, you are fine, if not, consider if it's really worth the costly expense.

Worst bra ever! I tried two different bras two sizes they make you look awful in clothes I left review on site of course they didn’t publish it but replied to me with a nasty email .... it’s not a good bra and at almost $100 it should be way better don’t waste your time or money.

Over the years I have spent easily in excess of $1000 searching for shapewear that really works. Actually they have worked... provided I don't move. Every (competitors') piece I'd purchased would ride up. I tried going a little larger in size and also a bit smaller to see if that resolved the problem but it did not. After finally coming across and buying Shapeez some years ago, I became a diehard, loyal customer. Absolutely none of the Shapeez garments ride up and I absolutely love them! Plus, the back is cut so as to eliminate back fat bulge. You can't go wrong with Shapeez, they're wonderful. The only thing I would caution and it's a "us girls" issue, not a Shapeez issue, is that I've known some women to buy a size or two smaller than what's appropriate and that doesn't work. Another 10 lbs won't disappear that way. Purchasing shapewear that's too small seems to guarantee the garment will ride up no matter what brand it is so pay heed to fitting instructions. (Besides, if it is too small you'll pull your back out getting it on and off...)

I previously wrote a dissatified review over a factory glitch in my 3 month old bra, about wires popping through, even tho I hand wash and air dry my bra. Since then, I have been offered a replacement under the factory 'warranty'...which I gratefully accept and appreciate! Thank you! Beverly
