"How dare they sell this cheap bra for…"

How dare they sell this cheap bra for so much. $80 dollars is way too much for a bra that has its match at walmart for $20. Why would I spend 80 for the same quality as a $20 bra. Very aggravating.

"I have worn Shapeez for years"

I have worn Shapeez for years! I can remember when each new style came out. This bra is the best thing that has ever happened to women over 50 or any woman who has lost a lot of weight. Shapeez bras have given me the ability to wear anything I WANT without worrying how my back looks. If you are reading this trying to decide to buy a bra, do it. Use the measurement calculation they say and it will fit, mine did! I love the Ultimate in cold weather and the Tankee in hot weather. If you happen upon this and are already wearing Shapeez, you must buy the PJ's. OMG, they look wonderful on and are so soft. Just like the bras, I expect to wear them for years. If you do not own the slip, it is a must buy! It will make you look so good in your dresses. I have it in both colors. I actually have everything in every color. I love this company!

"Absolutely the worst customer service"

Absolutely the worst customer service! I received a defective bra, wore it once and informed Shapeez that I needed a replacement. I had to pay for the replacement. This started back in the fall. I received the replacement and it is fine, however now we are into February and they won’t replace the defective bra because it is beyond the return date. Again the process began well ahead of the return date window. They use the dates to get out of standing by their product. There are so many amazing shape-wear companies out there. Please don’t waste your money and time with this poorly run company!

"Really disappointing"

Really disappointing. I've been buying the shapeez bra for at least 10 years....it finally happend, quality has dropped.
The underwire either pokes out, or most recently, the wire just snapped in half. I always hand wash/hang dry, and this most recent bra is only 6 months old.
When I took the wires out, it's obvious that the wire in the newer bra has half the thickness - visible thinner. Unbelievable, especially considering their prices.
Sad, no more shapeez for me.

"Underwires pop out after about 3 wears, no free shipping."

I really like these bras but do think they are a little expensive. In addition, the company doesn't offer free shipping and most of all the underwire pops out after about 3 wears. I used the companies measurement guide and common sense and even went up a cup size and they still poke out. The second I find a dupe I will be changing

If I could give 10 stars, I would.
Why would I ever wear a regular bra again when I can have a completely smooth silhouette with a bra that is so comfortable, I almost forget I'm wearing it. Very knowledgeable staff if you need help with sizing. I did need to exchange once before finding the right size but I have to admit, I did not follow their guidelines when first ordering. The exchange was free, so that was great. Do not let some of these negative reviews discourage you from checking out these bras, because I can assure you, this company is a class act and these bras are addicting.

I am extremely happy with my Shapeez purchase(s) over the past years. Along with the excellent Shapeez garments that fit me better than any bras I've ever worn, and are the most sturdy and comfortable bras I've found, I love the quality of the fabric which has a wicking process that helps to pull moisture away from my skin....This feature really helps in keeping me comfortable in the warmer weather. I am a large-breasted woman and have never had a bra as supportive as the Shapeez bras. I also want to give kudos to the customer service I got when I had a problem with getting the perfect fit with my first purchase. They helped me make sure I was following the easy-to-understand video instructions on the website. Since becoming a Shapeez fan I'll never wear any other shapewear bra. Thnx Shapeez...It's the bomb!!

"LOVE this bralette!"

I’ve been purchasing Shapeez bras for years and have been thrilled with the different styles. I recently purchased 2 Comfeez short bralettes (in nude and black) and LOVE this style!! I don’t like underwire bras anymore and have been looking for a great bralette that is comfortable, helps smooth my back and still gives a nice shape and this style is exactly what I was hoping for. Fantastic comfort and fabric! Will be buying more of these for sure!

"I was one of shapeez first"

I was one of shapeez first, thrilled customers. The tankee was everything it promised. A few years ago, the back fabric was changed, and it's thinner, stretches out and loses shape and rides up, and PILLS. The wires always work their way out as well. I'll deal with the poor quality issues and fix wires or straps that don't stay adjusted, but this garbage fabric they are made of now is the end. Well, that and reading the abhorrent treatment of their customers. Is there a customer service person here who can look up my past orders and make public my bra size, and point out how delusional I am about my own boobs and should have actually ordered such and such? Edited seeing shapeez lame, predictable rebuttal, implying I have changed how I launder my bras as if I now do it incorrectly, and THAT is the reason for their shoddy workmanship. I actually have the older, and newer bras. They are not the same material. Reading their responses to legitimate customer complaints is really disgusting.
