Recentemente, tive o prazer de passar alguns dias no Algarve e minha experiência foi simplesmente maravilhosa, graças à Algarve Vacation. Desde o momento da reserva até o check-out, o serviço prestado foi exemplar. A equipa foi sempre atenciosa e disponível, pronta para responder a todas as minhas perguntas e ajudar com recomendações locais. O alojamento que escolhemos estava impecável, perfeitamente localizado e com todas as comodidades que poderíamos desejar. Além disso, a atenção aos detalhes e o cuidado com os hóspedes foram notáveis. Cada pequeno toque fez a diferença e contribuiu para uma estadia relaxante e agradável. Recomendo fortemente a Algarve Vacation para quem quiser explorar esta bela região e desfrutar de um serviço de alta qualidade. Mal posso esperar para voltar!

We booked Villa Nespereira for one week in October. It was a chilled family holiday and we were very respectful. We left the villa in a better state than when we arrived.

Upon arrival the lady and security who showed us around told us that there had been damages throughout the summer so not to worry about telling them. The villa was more basic than we expected.

We have returned and now the company are stating that we caused damages to two subbeds (we didn’t even use the white sunbeds they claimed) and a tile. We definitely did not cause these damages and they are now withholding our deposit of €400. DO NOT BOOK with them as other guests have also complained of them accusing them of false damages.

We had a brilliant holiday in Villa Coral Bay. We booked return transfers from airport to Villa and they were excellent. The Villa was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay again.

"Relaxing week "

Pool heating made for a warm pool to relax in and everything we needed 25 min away or closer a great place to relax and slow down you feel remote but everything close to hand just make sure you have a car for getting about but nothing is far away

I have recently booked a Villa with Algarve Vacation and what an incredible time me and my family had! The Villa was spacious and very clean with an amazing location, very close to the beach. The team was very friendly and very communicative and the whole process was super easy. We will definitely be back!

"APPALLING SERVICE "

We stayed at Villa Nespereira in Albufeira from 19/Oct for 1 week we were 9 adults and 3 children

We arrived at Villa just before 12 noon and our Villa wasn't ready until 4pm we got took to a left luggage holding area to leave our cases but were charged 10 euros per case

When we arrived at the Villa at 4pm we were met with a lovely spacious Villa however it did not seem to match the photos that are advertised and it definitely was outdated. The general cleanliness wasn't 100% we had to clean most of the table tops and benchs before we used them. Around the pool area we were overrun with ants I know sometimes it's hard with the warmer climate but not good when you have children around the pool, also the pool area obviously hadn't been swept as there was cigarette butts all over.

We made sure we left the villa the way we found it,we left it in an immaculate condition with no damage or breakages that we had done in fact we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived.

The problem was when we arrived home we found out that we were NOT getting all our breakage deposit back, apparently for broken sunbeds and a broken tile, we are respectful people and can guarantee that we never damaged anything during our stay, there was some of the sunbeds damaged when we arrived but it wasn't an issue as there was still plenty of sunbeds to use, as I've read other reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence that people are not getting there money back for the same issues.

This is appalling that we won't get our money back for something that we didn't do, it's the worst customer service I've ever experienced and will NEVER book with this company again. If I could give a zero review I would.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As the same as other people, they have falsely accused us of causing damages that we did not cause & kept part of our security deposit. As others mentioned they have accused us of breaking sunbeds that were already broken before our stay. We are a nice family with young children. We left the villa as we found and in immaculate condition. We are taking legal action against them as we believe they do this to a lot of people. It’s such a shame as we had a lovely holiday & would have recommended them if it wasn’t for this. They have also tried to remove this review many times.

"A beautiful villa in the Algarve "

The house was beautiful! It was equipped with everything we could possibly want. We loved the pool. We paid to have it heated, which was definitely worth it. It was so well used by kids and adults alike.
The house is in a great location - just 15 minutes walk to the gorgeous Sao Rafael beach and 10 minutes into town in an Uber.
