Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und tollen Aufenthalt im Apartment Corfu in Portimao.
Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Pool und die Nähe zum Meer sind einfach toll.
Wir kommen gerne wieder

"Buchungschaos"
Wir haben über eine deutsche Vermittlungs-Plattform (Holidu) bei Algarve Vacation ein Ferienhaus gebucht. Die Preise waren auf beiden Webseiten nahezu identisch.
Nach Buchung erhielten wie von AV kommentarlos eine um etwa 1000 Euro höhere Zahlungsaufforderung. Da die Anzahlung ähnlich wie bei unserer Buchung war, hätte ich es fast übersehen und die Abbuchung bestätigt. Bei Rückfrage bestand AV auf dem höheren Betrag, bot uns nicht einmal eine kostenlose Stornierung an. Wir schalteten dann den Vermittler ein, der sich wirklich sehr bemüht hat. Irgendwann konnte der uns nur mitteilen, dass im Buchungssystem keine Buchung mehr für uns vorliegt. VA hatte die Buchung natürlich wieder kommentarlos storniert.
Kommunikation von AV wäre hier sehr von Vorteil gewesen. Vielleicht hätten wir dann sogar den höheren Preis bezahlt.

Tudo se passou de errado. A casa que alugámos EM NADA correspondia ao publicitado no site. Como companhia tb havia baratas dentro e fora de casa. Não aconselhamos esta agência. Renviámos relatório completo com fotos. Quer a Algarve Vacation que as postemos aqui? É só dizer e todos ficam a saber e ver o que contratámos via site e pagámos etivémos de volta! Nada tem a ver uma coisa com a outra. Diz que não foi reportado o caso das baratas e o resto que vos foi dito? porque não agiram como deveriam? Foram umas férias horríveis numa casa sem condições onde nem os sofás tinham almofadas....

"Shocking customer service! "
Firstly I will start with a positive the villa was in a great location close to everything we needed but that’s as far as it goes! We were greeted with a stained mattress at the front door which was still there when we left aircon not working which was reported and one of the bedrooms had no storage whatsoever literally just a bed in a room no wardrobe no cupboard no mirror nothing fast forward a few days we received a message from algarve vacation stating cleaners would be coming around the following day we replied saying this was fine and we would be out anyway on return the the villa we started to get ready when one of the party realized money that was in his draw was no longer there it was English money which was left in there from the airport and he forgot to put it in the safe before leaving the villa we searched the room high and low in the hope it had been moved whilst cleaning (despite this being in the top draw with a bank card) I contacted algarve vacation to ask who had been in the property and to try and get answers to be told no one had been in when I explained our rooms had been cleaned they said no one had been given authority to enter and they would look into it despite the message being sent by them ( conversation recorded) no reply or answers so I contacted again to be told they had never had this issue before and I was to contact the police if I was saying we had been robbed I told them I wasn’t making accusations but wanted answers as money was there when we left and wasn’t there when we returned I had to ask them to contact the agency which had been in our villa 4 hours later they replied stating they had spoke to the company and can assure me they hadn’t taken anything and to call the police knowing full well they can’t do anything without any proof the lack of concern or support or regard for what had happened is disgusting I asked for a rep to come and speak to us at the villa and was ignored and instead received a message saying maintenance was due the following day to sort the air con I informed them that no one would be entering the villa whilst we were still there a few days later HR from the cleaning company came to visit to ask about the clean when we mentioned what happened she was shocked to hear this and was unaware which is surprising as we were told algarve had spoken to the cleaning company( all messages and phone calls are recorded) the fact the company had no idea anyone had been in the villa that day is concerning and the fact they didn’t care when I called no offer to help us speak to us about it help us file a report nothing is absolutely disgusting whilst I appreciate they may have not had an issue before there was an issue now which should have been dealt with properly and with some compassion whilst there was a safe in the villa everything else was in the safe this money wasn’t due to it being English money in a separate bag which had just been forgotten to be put in the safe but this shouldn’t have been an issue as we should be able to leave whatever we want out without things going missing no contact from them for the rest of the holiday speaks volumes 3rd time to Portugal 1st time using this company and never ever again will I use them absolutely discraceful customer service!!
Thanks for your response however I would like to clear a few things up firstly I don’t understand why you flagged my post as harmful or illegal and tried to get it took down when in fact all I wrote was the truth about what had happened
Secondly yes you responded about the air con you sent someone round to look at at but I had to contact you the next day for an update this shouldn’t be the case if an ounce of compassion had been shown in regards to the experience we had then we would have let the guy in to fix it however due to not feeling comfortable with other people coming in our villa this wasn’t going to happen
Thirdly I appreciate without proof you can’t do anything but you didn’t contact the company immediately I had to ask you to do so and received responses hours later I have the messages and your responses I can post them if you would like me to?
And lastly the woman from HR from the cleaning company came to visit us and knew nothing about what had happened now her job was to ask about the cleaners and evaluate there work so I’m pretty sure she would have known about it if a call had been made

"After reading a lot of negative reviews…"
After reading a lot of negative reviews regarding issues getting the deposit back we were very concerned about our upcoming trip. I managed to get through to someone who assured me this had all been addressed and that the check-in process was thorough. Got to the villa, it was OK apart from a bit run down, cigarette butts around the garden and opposite a building site. Firstly, I had asked if there was going to be building work before I booked and was assured no. There is no way that the building work went up in between me asking and then us going there. These were huge structures that had clearly been in the plans for some time. The check in process was good - the lady was nice and she assured us not to be worried and just send pictures of anything we find but actually there had been a big check before we arrived and everything had been noted down already. To note, at no stage did she show us this document to verify. We sent photos of the main issues (broken pool light, damaged pool table, crack in lights and walls etc) and assured 'thanks yes this is all fine'. We made sure we left the place as we were asked and did not break or damage anything, we are very respectful people and were worried about our deposit. Fast forward a few weeks after getting back, no deposit returned as apparently damage had been noted. No images or proof of this alleged damage. Communication with Olivia Grimes if she is a real person at all has been frustrating as she never has any answers and just puts us off. Every number we are given denies that they are the right department to help. We are now looking in to advice on how to tackle this. I can't believe a company like this is allowed to operate

Booking was easy and the accommodations were better than the expected. We stayed in Portimão and the location was perfect!

Bonjour
Nous rentrons d'un séjour à Armacao de Pera. Nous avions louez une maison via AirBnb mais cette maison est gérée par Algarve Vacation.
Pour commencer l'annonce sur les différents sites ne correspond pas à la réalité. la maison est entourée par des chantiers et cela il ne vous l'annonce pas. En lieu et place de la vue dégagée votre terrasse à en face d'elle un chantier avec une grue et sur le coté droit une immense maison en cours de construction. Le 1er chantier est à l'arrêt mais la grue bouge toute seule au dessus de vos têtes et le chantier de droite est en cours avec des ouvriers qui ont vue sur vous, vos femmes et vos enfants en maillot de bain entrain de se baigner et ce dès le matin. Merci le petit dèj!!!
Lorsque nous l'avons signalé une personne de l'agence nous a rappelé et dit qu'elle allait essayer de nous trouver une autre location, On attend toujours qu'elle nous rappelle. Ensuite lors d'un autre échange, Algarve Vacation nous a dit qu'il ne ferait plus rien car nous avions prévenu l"assistance AIRBNB!!! En bref, cette agence est malhonnête du début à la fin. Elle fait paraitre des annonces trompeuses et quand vous vous plaignez et le faite savoir elle ferme toutes discussions.
