"SSKD delivered!!!!"

We were looking for a solid worktop and as they were quite expensive we did lots of research on line at various different companies and decided to go for SSKD. I’m so glad we did!! From the moment we bought the worktop to the moment it was delivered there were so many emails packed with information about the worktop and delivery. The delivery arrived bang on time and we are looking forward to having it fitted this week.

When ordering from a company you have never dealt with and the fact you will worry about transport damage etc etc as I am sure we all do, it couldn’t have been any easier from ordering on a Saturday afternoon to delivery on Tuesday it was perfect, they kept me fully informed all the way via email and the delivery guys were so good and carefully placed the worktop exactly where I wanted it and in fact waited until I inspected the goods thank you. I would definitely use again and your great reviews ( I did check before ordering) are well deserved.

"What a journey"

What a journey. I was eagerly awaiting my worktops when the delivery people rang to say the van had lost its clutch, the van was only 0.5 miles away !! The companies involved then went out of their way to get a replacement van from 80 miles away (1.5 hours) to pick up the worktops and deliver them from around the corner. Unbelievable, well done to all involved. Respect to the companies that go out of their way to put the customer first. Last but not least, the worktops and splashback are beautiful. I would highly recommend 👌

"Very good value for money but poor customer service."

Very good value for money, good variety of splashbacks and quality products. However, I was disappointed that I requested a number of splashback samples and did not receive many of them. I re-ordered the same branded sample plus further colours and again didn't receive them. So I emailed the company who said that according to their delivery page, this specific brand does not deliver to my area. I highlighted to them that this detail was not on their delivery page and I should have been informed that I would not receive the samples I requested. I was told quite patronisingly that the automated email sent to me following my order, details that some samples will not be sent due to delivery areas as per delivery page (again, no info on this page). This was extremely unhelpful and not what I expected following the huge number of positive reviews.
I would like to make it clear that the delivery page DOES NOT say that Mazan is not available in my area and I made this clear to the company. Also, this would mean the automated email saying to check the delivery page would not help in this situation.
