"Not best service "

Ordered our worktops which started out very well with delivery on agreed date . Unfortunately was told upstands got damaged and would follow in 2 weeks .They didn’t and when eventually we got another date 4 weeks later on the day delivery never arrived and when I rang I was told they got damaged again. Eventually sskd said they would deliver the broken upstands and I could join them back together as they would send some adhesive or wait until next year .I asked for a partial refund as it was damaged goods but they refused and told me they were doing me a favour as I would end up with an extra meter in length ! So the order was over £2k £300 of which was for broken pieces of upstands to glue back together . Not the kind of service I wanted to be honest .

Ordered our Axiom worktops and splashback from SSKD after hours of searching for white smooth finish at the best price. The website was easy to navigate and the price was far better than other suppliers,we asked for delivery on a certain date and they arranged it with clear instructions and approximate arrival time. Excellent service and will recommend SSKD to everyone.
