"I still haven't heard from Forcemech"

I still haven't heard from Forcemech, been waiting about a week. However, I have fixed my Carbon 1 and figured out where all the missing and loose bolts go and how a wire got cut without it being obvious, I must say I will be able to maintain it myself.
This is a wonderful chair because all the compromises between functionality and weight are well executed. I can fold it up and put it in the trunk and take out and it goes all over my lawn and up and down hills, etc. If they had just used thread lock on the bolts they would not have come loose. I'm only taking away one star, because the chair, when it is working is so good, it deserves four stars for the chair and lose only one star for lousy customer service.
