"Great fast response support"

When my order for a Forcemech Voyager R2 arrived the joystick controller was defective.
After sending the chair back, they sent me a replacement immediately which works great.
Forcemech International LLC is a fine company to deal with.

"Maybe the best power chair"

I've had the Forcemech Voyager R2 wheelchair for two weeks and it's great for indoor use. Customer service was excellent, and it arrived quickly. The build quality is impressive, and it has a decent battery life of 3-4 days. However, it struggles on uneven surfaces and grass, doesn't decline well, and lacks seat and footrest adjustability. It's somewhat comfortable with added support, but the seat belt can be bothersome. It's not very quiet when turning on, and I wish it had a silent mode. It feels small for a taller person. It's fast on flat surfaces but slows down when turning. It's not suitable for all-day use. The weight is a significant issue, making it difficult to lift. Overall, it has potential, but there are several improvements needed, including comfort, adjustability, weight, and stability on uneven terrain.

"Pretty sweet chair."

I extensively researched chairs and made an Excel chart before choosing this one. It handles various terrains impressively, even handling uneven surfaces and steep slopes. Folding and unfolding are easy, but it's heavy for some to lift. It's visually appealing and garners compliments. Customer service was responsive, and assembly was minimal. However, it falls short in a few areas. The advertised 16-mile range seems optimistic; it goes about 8 miles on a full charge. The claimed 5 mph top speed is closer to 4 mph. The footrest developed a problem after a few weeks, not staying up as it should. Despite these issues, I find it a great choice for its terrain versatility and convenience.

"Nice Looking Chair everyone loves it."

Gone through a bunch of different wheelchair in the past, this one is a winner. Aside from great looking (I dig the steelers coloring scheme been a steelers fan), it folds real easy and im able to life it with one hand, all with one leg standing.

"Anywhere I please."

Had I purchased this few years ago, I would have the same freedom it affords me today: to go anywhere I please.

With all the pain u dont want to even live somedays. Remember this when your looking to buy for someone. I lost 8 discs and have severe pain and sciatica.. I finally have legs my chair. I feel like bumblebee the transformer in it. It goes great over bumbs lumps and a smooth ride.. I still hurt everyday even in the chair but now I pray harder to get better. For the 1st time in almost 5 years I have independance .. it closes great opens fast but it's hard to do urself. Of course nothings made easier .. we are broken people but out of what I seen u unlock the wheels and roll it out of your trunk.. getting it back in isnt easy. My throttle moves a bit doesnt screw in tight. I'm afraid it will break .. it's not bad bad just a little tipsy. They all have issues I've seen many, I think out of all this is best. You also have that option that if u run out of juice u unlock wheels make sure.. important not to break it and can be pushed by someone. My battery seems to last a long .. I'm happy about that. I ride the mall now somewhere I havent gone in years and the movies. I say if u want a chair this one will suit u. Oh one thing I'm gentle with my things and the bottom bag one zipper doesnt work. I'm afraid to loose my wires..

"Unacceptable Delay"

Purchased a few years ago. We like everything about the chair except that when you move the joystick to operate it, there is an unacceptable delay.

"Important Improvements"

Better water proofing,shatter proof mud flaps,thicker cusions,locking mechanism for when it is folded and a little faster....this is my second one left wheel gear failure on first but still like the chair!

"Unreliable"

Hard to get in touch by phone. I was promised 2 new additional batteries at the time of purchase. The salesperson said he did not have any available at that time. Now, I am unable to contact anyone to get my batteries.
I will not recommend to anyone a Forcemech wheelchair.

I have had no contact with Forcemech since I purchased the chair, about 2 years ago. The chair itself seems reliable; I have had no problems. The company, however, seems less than focused on maintaining contact with their customers.
