I love my FORCEMECH CHAIR and receive many compliments. People like the ease and style of the chair, because the chair is easily stowed away during several flights (domestic and international). I have some problems with my chair and Forcemech responded immediately to rectify all issues.

Customer service rep was prompt and knew exactly what i needed from the description i gave him of the wheelchair we owned and the batteries we needed. he was very knowledgeable, helpful and knew what he was talking about.

Purchased on January 11, 2018. Well packaged when delivered. Has been a 100% reliable chair. As a disabled veteran this chair is my battle buddy when traveling. At 5’11” and 210 lbs and whatever my carryon weighs, this chair has more than enough power. A little heavy to lift if you have limitations but doable. I have not ran out of battery (using it all day at airports). Mark Naser, thank you and God bless.

I've had my navigator XL for over five years now. Other than some dings and bangs from travel it still looks and works great

I called for info on my chair as my granddaughter had a bad knee replacement that resulted in putting a rod in her leg and it does not bend.

The mobility chair is EXCELLENT for all uses. It is good for grass and medium off-road use. It is reliable and has a good range before needing recharge. The customer service is excellent. The chair has now found a new home with a disabled military veteran. He, and his spouse, are very satisfied.
