Vey pleased with my new TV stand. Unfortunately it arrived damaged despite the robust packaging. However, from the very first contact with Customer Service, the team were extremely courteous and efficient and dealt with the problem in a highly professional manner and ensured it was resolved with a satisfactory outcome. Sometimes you only realise the quality of a company when things do not go to plan. Thank you.

Bought a tv console, it arrived reasonably quickly, packaging was dusty and slightly damaged. The console looked beautiful and no signs of any damage.
Once unpacked the drawers did not operate properly, phoned company which was easy to do and immediately spoke to them explained issue and sent photos. I was sked if I could check the runners for any sawdust, sadly some were caked in congealed sawdust, once cleaned drawers ran better but not inline with one twisted,very poor quality control. Easy to organise return but now have to repack and stay in for collection.

As it was online I was a s bit concerned that I was not seeing before purchasing however I bought a drinks cabinet and round dining table and they are fantastic and look amazing. Creation furniture kept me up to date , delivery was good. Really well packaged.
