Bought tab for dtr's birthday from Renew Electronics via wowcher many mths ago early for ny dtrs summers birthday.
It has never worked and what an embarrassment when family found out too.
I've also been in & out of hospital đ„
Renew pls come đ to rescue& refund/ exchange to mek my dtrs day come to good pass.

Purchased a laptop via wowcher not suitable for my granddaughter for school so returned they agreed to refund me a week later another laptop arrived I contacted renew who said I have to pay again for them sending a laptop I never asked for i paid first return but not the second return for there incompetence now they are telling me I have 3 days left to get a refund

The item was in working condition, a bit slow. The bodywork was damaged and was missing a piece. If I have to be honest, I think that if they are going to refurbish something and re sale it, then they should fix the whole item and not just the software. Honestly, for that reason I wouldn't be so quick to Norden from them again.

Awful company. Would not recommend. First of all I ordered of Wowcher, it took 3 weeks to come after saying it would take a week. Customer service did not respond or help. Then when the apple AirPods arrived today, they came with the case all dented and dirt all inside it, earwax still in AirPod and only one of the pods works, the left one came broken. This wasnât what I paid ÂŁ80 for! Donât recommend and customer service has not come back to me to offer any exchange or refund

There was a problem with the laptop when I received it but I returned it and the fault was rectified very, very quickly and retuned back to me within 2 working days. Exceptional service and communication from this team. Customer services, re Bethany, the communication was very swift and positive.

Absolutely disgusting the product was advertised as working and it arrived and discovered the battery doesnât work so soon as you charge it
It goes flat in 20 minutes
I am absolutely disappointed and not happy that I have been sold this !
