I ordered two sets of AirPods via wowcher for birthday gifts and was charged delivery fee twice. Two boxes arrived, with two chargers but with only one set of AirPods and I’m left waiting for anything up to 30 days whilst am investigation takes place with nobody to speak to and only communication is via email which isn’t the quickest of responses. I’ve also been informed by the recipient of the gift that one of the AirPods does very quickly (within 20 mins of use). I would strongly recommend ordering elsewhere as the product is clearly not checked before being sent out and the customer care after sales is atrocious.

"Terrible customer service"

I ordered a phone from Wowcher to replace one my son had had stolen. Renew electronics were the trusted Merchant it was due to be delivered on 14th September according to emails from Wowcher. I contacted wowcher to report the item had not been received and they directed me to their ‘trusted merchant’ Renew Electronics who advised that despite what wowcher say on their email they have 10 working days to dispatch and 3 days to deliver so realistically my order will take at least another 7 days on the expected date and they can’t prioritise my order the urgency is not their problem! Thanks for all your help renew electronics! Avoid at all costs

"Stay clear"

I ordered 2 iwatch 3 which were advertised at £99 on woucher and paid for two amounting £198 and an additional £9.99 postage but only received one item. Surely having received that amount of money and knowing the cost of the units something would stand out. The company fobbed me off to woucher who said it is not their problem and to approach renew electronics. This is clearly a scam. Stay well away from this company they will steal your money
