Very disappointed Lenovo Chromebook sent was so old it was no longer supported by Google OS ,tried to download music ,then the music file was lost never to be found again!!

Given an original date for delivery of the 21st September nothing came- its impossible to talk to anyone to get updates so I emailed and was then told 28th. Yes it arrived but for £9.99 delivery charge it's zero on service from me

My item was due to be delivered but I haven't received it. Contacted Renew via email & was told they would have to open an investigation with Royal Mail. This was almost 8 weeks ago & still nothing. My son bought the Apple Watch using his own money & is now left out of pocket as I can't get either a refund or a replacement.

Anyone with problems with this company I suggest you ring 0808 223 1133 they will log your complaint which also goes through to trading standards. This company finally told me a week past the delivery date that my Apple watch hadn’t been sent because there were none in stock despite me constantly trying to find out where it was after June 28th. I requested to cancel and have a refund I was told it would take four days to process. Nine days later they sent the watch to my house the delivery was only accepted as the box my meds come in was the same so I thought it was those. I wasn’t well enough to walk to the post office I’m on strong meds for pain relief which are all on max dosage due to severe migraines leaving me unable to go outside in daylight amongst other things I need pain relief for. The muscle pain I currently have in my foot leaves me with a limp and unable to walk far as well as brain fog maxed out with the meds I’m on. I even provided them with pictures of my access pass to prove this. I eventually returned the devices emailed the company the person who said she had processed the refund said it wasn’t a problem when I apologised for not sending it sooner. I was then contacted and told I wasn’t allowed a refund despite this being their fault as they hadn’t cancelled and refunded my order as promised and decided to go ahead and send me a watch 9 days later and two and a half weeks past my daughters birthday. After four weeks they still hadn’t sent me the watch back or given me a refund. Klarna have put this through as a dispute then three weeks after they put it through as a concern and I think that’s the only reason I’m being sent the watch back now well so they say it is. I was told the same thing four weeks ago and they never sent it or refunded it just kept hold of it for over four weeks until Klarna was involved within days of Klarnas team emailing me asking for the emails they’ve sent me they now telling me they’ve sent it back. Don’t trust these people if I’d checked Trust Pilot before I would never of ordered from them. Thankful I’m covered by Klarnas consumer policy as it was purchased through them and they themselves can see they never attempted to do a refund! Wowcher is normally good and I’ve never had problems I’m very surprised that they have a company like this on there.

I ordered a Dell Chromebook 3180 via wowcher12 days later it was delivered by royal mail.The packaging was very good and when I opened it I got a big surprise it looked brand new and works perfectly. I am aware of the bad reviews but credit where it is due they have supplied me with a top quality product at a very good price £84 including post and packing. A big Thank You too you. I would have given you 5 if someone would answer the phone when you call.
