"Ok but not the best"

The laptop arrived looking pristine but there were obvious defects in the screen. They took it back no problem to fix it but I had to pay for the return and then the laptop was returned fixed but a shabby job was done resealing the rubber edges and there were new marks on it. I wouldn't buy from Renew again.

Basically it isn’t working as it should. It picks up people going out of my front door but it doesn’t always pick people coming to the door. Also it is programmed to work from 7am until 10pm and that is only working periodically. Although it has a clear view of my drive when I return home it doesn’t alarm my phone.

Faulty goods sold at an overpriced rate and very poor customer service. Would definitely not recommend to use this company as they'll do anything to stall any refunds, to charge extra money and to get away with selling dysfunctional technology at thruple the price.

Got a refurbed apple 3 watch, wasn’t in as good condition as expected. There are lots of scratches and scuffs, works ok though.
