When our cat passed, pet cremations were brilliant. From start to finish when first ringing them they were so kind and understanding, explained the whole process and put mine and my children’s minds at rest with how Ella would be looked after whilst in their hands. Highly recommend them.

They never picked my dog up as arranged was a day and half later then sent me a confirmation of pick up of my dog who was like my baby in a bag on floor in back of a van which broke my heart all over again then said he had been cremated when he hadn’t need to look into this more as this pet was like my baby it’s been heartbreaking enough without all this I’m just glad I have him home and don’t have to go through this again

Excellent from start to finish. My elderly cat died overnight at home so I had to organise his cremation. From the ability to access an instant online quote, to the follow up phone all where I spoke with someone who was compassionate and kind. I could track when collection would happen so had time to prepare and then, despite having a very long day, their driver was so patient - insisting the kids didn’t have to rush their goodbye. I felt like Splodge was in safe hands. I could see when he was cremated and he has been returned to be today, back home where he belongs. Would highly recommend. Thank you for looking after Splodge so well ❤️💔

Our beautiful 17 yr old dog, Maisie passed away. From the beginning the team were compassionate, gentle and kind.
The man who came to collect Maisie came in and we chatted about her and he was lovely. He reassured us she was in very good hands.
We were kept informed every step and now have Maisie ‘back home’ Thank you to such lovely people
