Andy, the driver who collected Malakai, was incredibly kind and understanding, which made a very difficult time a bit easier for us.

"Very Compassionate Service"

Just had my beloved cat collected, on a Sunday, so that my little boy didn’t have to see his poor pet dead. The man who collected him was so lovely & we can’t wait to receive our ashes back home.

They collected my beloved 24yr old deceased cat put her in a plastic tool trunk in an empty van quite late in the evening. I wasn't given any tracking although I was told I would even after twice calling still no tracking.
Then my cats ashes were delivered by post.

The staff and while process were amazing, the reason I gave 4 stars is the ashes being returned in the post. It would be devastating if anything were to happen to them.

i lost my beloved cat mertle who I'd had for 24 years.i contacted pet cremation uk.they were so kind and respectfull,the man who came to collect her was lovely very kind and helpfull he explained everything showed me photos of where she was going to be cremated ( on a beautiful peaceful farm),i cant recommended this company enough thank you so much for everything pets cremation in my time of need i will certainly be recommending you to friends and family.
