This is the first time I have had a pet cremated. This service took a lot of stress out of it for me. The service was very helpful to me.

Tracking and everything was fulfilled, the only thing i’m very upset about is the fact i put in a request for a paw print and fur to be sent to myself along with my dogs ashes, this was not fulfilled, given that my pet had been cremated already, of course there was nothing they could do. i’m just very disappointed as i was really relying on these keepsakes of my pet which was failed to be done.
