Mixed opinion really
First seemed really good and the option to pay in instalments was great but then they were suppose to collect my dog from the vets on a Monday evening but they didn't, then they told me they'd collect on the Tuesday but again they didn't they didn't get in contact with myself or my vets at all. Only after me calling several times and complaining they finally collected my dog on Wednesday evening. The only time they contact the vet was 10 minutes before they arrived to collect.
After this it was rather quick getting cremated and I received the ashes back quickly too which I didn't expect as it was very close to Christmas. Ashes came nicely packed
