"Emergency call to them following a RTA for my cat"

I made contact with Pet Cremation on a Sunday morning following my cat being hit by a car. They agreed to get someone out later that afternoon to collect. There was a few changes in the collection time during the day but they did everything that they could to get someone out to collect that evening. The company comes across as genuinely caring for your pet and their passing. I was a bit of an emotional wreck when the driver arrived, he was really sweet and wanted me to tell him about my pet. Any concerns I had about using the service left me at that point. Thanks for looking after Graham and getting him back to me safely.

Andy collected my dog Amber today. This is my first time using Pet Cremations and they just took the most difficult part of loosing a pet away.
Andy was very kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble for him.

I can't rate these guys highly enough. They came the same day to collect our girl. Everything was dealt with respect and dignity. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. We got her home today, where she belongs.
These guys made a heartbreaking time that bit easier for us. We knew she was in safe hands

Absolutely amazing service. When andy arrived he treated Sasha and myself with so much respect. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to take my princess. She was taken comfortably and nothing was rushed everything was done in my own time. Everything was explained Perfectly and what will happen in the next couple of days. Thank you very much for everything we’re beyond grateful.

Husband delt with my cat death as i too up set
He did not see in note that my cat would come back via DHL amongst loads of delivery boxies. Or in a £6 hessian bag you can get on e bay
Their wording is dignified ,i tend to disagreeas as a when i lost my rolo she came back by hand inside a nice box
So were the dignaty of rattling around in the back of a van for hours.
I would not of choosen this company myself

From my first call to pet cremation from the moment my beloved cat was returned to me i was treated with total respect and the staff were very kind and caring. The whole process took two days. The price was very good, I cannot recommend pet cremation more highly. Fantastic company . Maggie Carty . West London.

🙏🐹💙 My 2 year old Hamster sadly passed away on the 12th of March 😢 I am 51, with a lot of long term ongoing Health issues, and He was my best friend & daily company/companion, as I live on my own...God bless Him 💙🐹🙏 xxx My Son's 💙💙 who are both grown up, helped Me to find this Amazing company online, and after reading fantastic reviews, I knew this was the journey my little boy 🐹 was going to take. From the start of the process, of the initial phone call made to me, to explain it all, and Andy, who arrived on the day to collect my baby boy 🐹 the empathy, that He gave to Me and also let Me talk to Him about my little fella 🐹 too, before He took him, was just what I needed again to help Me with my grieving process.

Wonderful company.
My cat sadly passed on Wednesday evening, contacted them via email that evening, had a call 7.30am Thursday and he was collected at 10am Thursday, guys who collected him were very sweet and kind. Came with a big enough storage crate that I could fit the large box that I had placed him in.
Lots of texts to give me updates, Jack was returned to me on Tuesday morning inside a lovely hessian bag with a card containing his name.
All round a perfect experience for a terrible situation. Wont hesitate to use again if im unfortunate enough to have to.
Really can't fault them at all.

(Not sure why people are complaining about the storage tubs they bring, they have to be like that for safety reasons and the hessian bags are lovely and also biodegradable)
