If I could give more than five stars I really would. Our beloved dog Diego passed away unexpectedly two weeks ago, we were first unsure what to do, we were recommend this company by a family member, the individual who I spoke to on the phone after my initial quote was compassionate and kind and talked me through the process. When he came to collect Diego he was again extremely compassionate and very kind. Thank you ever so much.

"Disgusting!"

Disgusting!! I went on line this morning to get a quote for our not yet dead cat ( it gives you that option to select not dead yet). Got the quote and they now start bombarding me with texts to say they have limited spaces available for collection. Show some empathy my cat isn’t even dead yet- don’t worry it won’t be long- but you sure as hell won’t be getting our business

Picked up my late dog with dignity. Gentleman who picked him up was very polite and understanding. Service was superb. From pick up to have my ashes back was6 days. Excellent customer service. Would recommend

The man who collected our cat was kind and considerate, showing empathy for our loss. Our cats remains were returned to us in a hessian bag inside a tissue paper lined box which was nice. Thank you.

"Don't rely on them for memorable tokens"

I wanted a company that didn't provide a urn as we already bought one we liked, so i contacted this company, on first impression the guy was very helpful and i expressed my needs of fur clipping and paw print was essential. which i was told was noted.

I then got a text one day saying my beloved cat was being collected that day, which is wasn't correct day. so i phoned them up and they said a mistake was made, so they corrected it. This then made me very nervous and the guy i spoke to had little to no empathy on how nervous i was with the service so far. There isn't anywhere you can check that they included what you requested and on what date. so you have to take their word on it.

On the correct day i didn't get a message for collection, so called again and was told there was a system error. I did eventually get it, i requested my cat was collected from the vets at 5:30pm. He wasn't collected until 8pm, so i am glad that i didn't do it at home, as would of been hard to have him around after he passed. I cant comment on the pick up procedure as he was collected from the vets, but reading other reviews i am glad i wasn't there.

I received his ashes prompted within a few days (earlier then expected) in a hessian bag with clear plastic bag inside. There was no fur clipping or paw print. So i emailed and ask, i got told that they were unable to get one after he passed away due to body decomposition ( surely it was still possible 3 hours after he passed). I was really upset about this, as they shouldn't say they would do it if they cant, this was a memorable token which i cant ever have now.

So i have given my experience 3 stars, due to the multiple errors. If you are to use this company, i would suggest you get paw print and clipping before as there is no guarantee you will get it from this company, despite your request.

The man who collected our pet was very considerate, understanding and professional. A lovely memorial keepsake was given which was very much appreciated. The updates were excellent and as promised the ashes were delivered on time and securely packaged.
Great service and would highly recommend in the unfortunate event of your pet going over the rainbow bridge 🌈

"No complaints"

Affordable, respectful and reliable. Kept me informed every step of the way and were happy to answer any questions I had, asked how I was doing when they picked up my girl and the whole thing went quite smoothly to be honest. I’ve seen reviews be quite upset about the ashes being stored in a plastic ziplock bag, but honestly they’re packaged nicely and the plastic bag keeps the ashes safe. It comes in a box and in another nicer looking bag, it’s not like they’ve just sent a ziplock bag with a stamp on it in the mail. Unless you’re paying for a service that provides an urn, I’m not fully sure what else you’d expect. For me, the important thing is that my Nugget was treated with respect and that I got her back safely, and that’s what this experience provides. Overall, I would recommend this service especially with how affordable it is compared to other similar services. I just used a little filter thing to transfer the ashes into what I wanted to keep them in.
