I was distraught when I lost my Magic, but was guided and very happy with this service. Very compassionate and understanding at a not so good time. I liked being kept up to date throughout the process so I knew what was happening and when. A great service and I will recommend.

I lost my beautiful girl Bella, she had a great life with us for seventeen years. The most heartbreaking thing is to know when it’s time to say goodbye, I phoned Pet Cremation the morning we were going to say goodbye, they made a very difficult time just that bit better. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. They picked my girl up when they said they would and also informed me when they had. I was told I could phone at anytime to talk if I needed to. Bella was back at home with us exactly when they said she would be. Absolutely brilliant service and definitely would recommend and use them again

My experiance from start to finish has been absolutely amazing with this company from the man inspoke to on the phone to the delivery driver who both were super Empathetic and understanding. Especially as my beautiful boy was a bali runner duck. The 2nd one the company have ever had. ( I raised him and his brother from hatch) unfortunately my boy was poisioned and was totally unexpected 💔 I recieved my zeus ashes today just 2 working days after collect
