"A comforting reliable service"

A comforting reliable service. I inquired online when my dog unfortunately passed and missed their initial call back as I was still processing everything that had just happened. Once I was ready I called them back and they must have had my details already on file so straight away called me by name, usually I'd be a bit put off by this, but in these circumstances not having to relay all my information again made it so much easier for me. Everyone in the team was very patient, allowed me time to take breathers and say what I needed to say and were very compassionate. They came to collect my Brioche within a few hours of the call, which I was updated regularly within that time frame. The man who came to collect was very informative and very calm, reassuring me and explaining their process and answering any questions I had. I received updates to confirm she'd arrived back with them, that she was cremated and then tracking information to confirm when she'd be back with me. She arrived home this morning, her ashes beautifully presented in her little hessian bag. Nothing can take away the pain of losing her, but it's comforting to know that there are services that show they care, even in the little ways.

Our dog died late at night at home. My children and I were distraught so I could not think straight but I knew I had to arrange something for him. I gave pet cremation a call not expecting an answer as it was so late. The following day they arrived to take him. They did so in the most dignified and respectful way. Our ashes arrived promptly and were also packaged with love. I could not recommend them enough. From the first phone call they were amazing and so patient and understanding of our state of mind. I will honestly never forget how much of a difference they made when we were so low. Thank you for everything.

So caring and kind.
My 12 year Sprocker Gertie had been struggling with arthritis and chronic bronchitis for months and today I made the awful choice to let her go, I feel so guilty but it was the kindest thing to do and she went to sleep in my arms looking into my eyes peacefully.
I rang Pet Cremation before taking her to the vets and I can't thank them enough.
The chap that collected her from my home was so kind and understanding and I've heard back that they're looking after her.
It doesn't stop me feeling guilty and wondering if I did the right thing but it does give me peace that she's being looked after.
Unfortunately she was supposed to be home by Friday, I was told by the driver, then Tuesday and I'm now seeing she's still not been prepared for shipping!
Starting to doubt their claims.

From the first time I spoke to them right up until my dog was cremated and I got my Ashes back they were very respectful and very helpful and kept me informed all the way through I will definitely use them again soon when my other dog passes away
