I placed an order on 3/8/17 and need to cancel it. I cannot reach anybody. The phone says to leave a message then says mailbox is full...goodbye!
I sent a cancellation message through their website and have not heard anything. If anyone who can help reads this, please cancel order 106026. I don't need these to show up at my door and have to return them.

Placed an order over a week ago. After no correspondence and no shipping information, I called the company and was told my item is out of stock and they did not expect any new product to arrive within the next 2 months! There was no indication of this on their own website when I placed the order. I will never use this company again, and intend on contacting the BBB regarding the misleading information and lack of communication.

"Ordered 4 stools only received 1"
I ordered 4 barstools 11/12/2016 through Sears.com. I received 1 barstool 11/26/2016. The stool is as describe and I am happy with it but I can't get in touch with anyone to get the other 3. The shipping label said "one of one" and the tracking information says all 4 were delivered. Nobody is answering my emails. Sears can't get in touch with them. They won't answer the phone and the voicemail is full. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY!

"No reply and still waiting for my bar stools"
I ordered 2 stools directly from Adeco on Nov 18, based on the status of my account, it looks as if the stools have not been shipped as I am unable to track the shipment. I have emailed several times and no reply. I called both the office and toll free number and the recorded message sounds as if the company went out of business. I would like a status, since my credit card has been charged. If stools are unavailable, I would like a refund.

I had ZERO problems with this company. I was a little worried when I purchased my items, then realized that it was in Canada. I wasn't sure if it would delay shipping, or if it was reputable. I guess I should have been better at checking first, but I didn't and was very impressed! Shipping was quick and easy. AND I LOVE MY PURCHASE!!!

I initially tried to buy my item to Addeco but at the Amazon web page and I couln't, because they said that the company doesn't shipped merchandise to Puerto Rico. So I contact the seller and they tried to complete the purchase and send me the item, but they couldn't. Finally the customer services representative Yushi, gave me the option to buy the same item directly from the Addeco company web page. My inmmediatly reaction was hesitated to buy it, because I usually buy everything at Amazon. I don't like to use any other webpages for security reason or maybe costum tradition and besides, the price was different that the offer that I tried to buy initially. But Yushi gave me total confidence and offer me some coupon that make the price with the shipping, better than the initial. I think my purchase was shipped the second that I payed for it, because in just a few days I had my car seat covers, that was way to more beautiful and had better quality details that the ones that I could see in the pictures. Yushi gave me security, gave me options and excellent service.
After this experience, I don't hesitate to look for anything I will need, directly in the Addeco store's web page first than any other one. Thanks!

was delivered quickly and is a great high quality product. there is no packing slip or other paperwork at all, only your personal address so be sure to check the product closely. very difficult to return (bought 2 on accident) because of the lack of slip. otherwise is a great hammock

"2 nice sqaure black frames"
I ordered two square black picture frames for prints my Mom wanted to hang in her room. The print was 10 X10 and that's what I ordered for her. However, the inside measurement was a little larger than that, which I do not understand. We had to use a "white cardstock hack" in the background to make it work. The frames were a nice quality and very attractive. It surely was not worth returning them, so we kept them!
