"Stick to amazon"

We bought bookends for our daughters nursery. They came defective - the best way to describe it is that they sent me the equivalent of two left shoes.

Thereafter there was no mechanism to accomplish a simple return and refund.

I'll stick to Amazon going forward, and recommend that you do the same for a more user friendly experience.

Horrible Customer Service. They provide a phone # that never gets answered. They do not respond to emails either. My issue is tracking the item shipped I entered my order # 108453 and it tells me I do not have access to see the tracking on that item. Starting to think I was scammed!! Still have not received my product.

terrible customer service: received defective product, request for return was ignored, email was ignored. Had to reject credit card payment due to seller's absolutely failure to communicate. Buyer beware!

The picture frame I received was dented, and I filled out the return form several times with no response. I ended up throwing the frame away, and ordered elsewhere.

Excellent service. Order was promptly shipped. Quality of product is as expected for the price. Styles are very appealing. I would definitely order from the company again.

Lied about availability. Delivered a product that was the wrong color. Didn't answer their phone or respond to email requesting they handle the issue. Had to contest charge on credit charge to get my money back.
