"No Customer Service provided"

1 Star for customer service. Customer service was horrible--non existent.. I called several days, emailed and went through the online process for assistance with a problem with my order and I received ZERO help--no answers or replies. When I called their phone numbers listed, All of the numbers didn't exist, and I never spoke to any live person.

the online purchase process was fine--no issues, but not stellar as well.

One of the two items Showed up damaged and there were many attempts to get in touch with Adeco to no avail. I wanted a replacement and mmo one ever responded. .

I have been trying to contact these people to cancel my order. I have called 4 times , once someone said the person that does this is on lunch, she took my info , said they would call me, they have not. The other times I have called got a recording, I left message to cancel my order, still nothing!

Ordered a 2 sided clock on Tuesday afternoon. Got free shipping. Order Arrived the following Monday. Excellent delivery from Calif. to SW Mo.!!!!
Clock arrived in perfect condition!
Also price was min. $20.00 cheaper than anyone on line!!!!

"Poor Customer Service"

I made an order on 7/30/17 (order# 106939). I tried to check the status of it online but that was unsuccessful, so I called and emailed the company and have not been able to reach them. If I do not hear from them in 2 weeks, I will update my review.

For now, I don't have a confirmation from this company (my credit card was charged though), I don't have a clue about shipping and this company seems unreachable to communicate with. So not a smooth experience thus far.

Ordered three stools and received Friday Order #106353, very poor quality not as they look online. Also, one stool sitting area is defective have sent emails and made phone calls no answer. Wii be calling credit card soon to put a claim
